Showing a little bit of wear-and-tear, but the building as a whole is in a good shape and it's clean and tidy in the showers and changing rooms. Toilets could see some more love on the Men's side at least. Water temperature has been consistent. A touch on the cool side but not cold, and pleasant when swimming. Once you're in you don't feel it. Overall quite nice.

Having swimming lessons here and the instructors are great, the pool temperature seems a bit variable though but always warm enough.

Great price. Lovely water. Not too busy. Good temperature. Helpful staff. Look forward to swimming here.

Bit cold 3 year old daughter wanted to leave we stayed for about 30 minutes.The young man with the moustache was very helpful offered us swim items to entertain her but then swapped with a young blonde lady who wasn't happy people was using the swimming items on the side of the pool.So we put ours back and left.

Great little pool, shame the building lacks,a large investment need, to modernise building and pool, shame really, what with all lottery sports grants and investment, that only thing upgraded is a QR code logging system, gym need better equipment other then hand me down from the Halo group, tho adequate for a swim if nothing else 😀

Nice pool, is a shame with covid that the showers are closed as it's always nice to know People shower before getting into the pool for hygiene. Also need a better plan for the reception. I had 2 points of contact with them and both times I had to stand around waiting whilst the team member was on the phone to another customer. At one point there was 4 people stood waiting. Not his fault as he was doing his job, but maybe they need a plan for calling customers back when there are face to face customers waiting, or have a different team never responsible for the phones. Either way, it's a nice 3-lane 25m pool. And on my visit there were 3 people to each lane, which felt comfortable. I'd would definitely revisit.

Very pleased to be back!!!! Very impressed with the way the staff guided us through the new procedure. The pool was well spaced out, the changing facilities were clean and well marked to know exactly where you needed to go. All went very smoothly.

Very friendly, informative staff. Never used pool but husband uses gym, small but adequate, sauna good too. Exercise classes very good on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, no air conditioning, sometimes held outside. Both instructors Lisa and Melanie are excellent at their job plus Chris and Catz are very good at filling in if instructor are away. Would recommend. 3 stars because of no air conditioning only.

This place is amazing! The staff are amazing, the changing rooms are so clean, always 2 lifeguards on wach, great gym. Whenever I go their I always see all these things. However, if I could change it, I'd have doors in the changing rooms insted of curtains because I was getting dry once but a Yong girl slammed open my curtain when I was naked because she thorght it was her friend... but other than that, I love it.

Myself and my daughter have swimming lessons here. It's always easy to park and no pay&display like the one in Bridgend town. I've always found the lessons to be good fun and I've gone from a non swimmer to swimmer in a short amount of time!

A trans friendly pool. Friendly staff, seperate female and male changing rooms, small gym. Fair size pool, diving allowed on deep end. Gym is a bit dated very small, ideal for locals to use. Mainly running and cycling, has 2 rowing machines. Small waiting area with vending machines.

Nice quiet gym with basic equipment but enough for a decent workout if it's not too busy. 25 metre main pool with separate changing areas and also a sauna with an area to relax.

Staff here are fantastic. They are friendly and go out of their way to make the customers journey as pleasent as possible. Facilities are clean and looked after.

Great opening hours, staff are really helpful, just a shame there are no family changing rooms. Still, we went to its twin in Pyle (Twilight Zone moment) this week and Pencoed seems to be ageing slightly better. Come on Bridgend, freshen them up!

It's nice, the gym is a tad small but it's ok, the locker/changing rooms need a dry area for anyone who uses the gym and not the pool to save our clothes getting wet but it's nice anyway.

Nice pool, but a bit dated now. Lane swimming is good though as the 'fast lane' is split rather than the standard twin lane setup allowing for a better swim set.

I take lessons there, the instructors are extremely kind, the only thing that bothers me is where the showers are and how many of them are there. Very crammed getting out and very long cue, I usually end up not showering.

No 'shallow end' for smaller children and upstairs viewing area needs some sort of air conditioning or updating.....it's hot enough to pass out at times!
