Jenny is a great motivator and really helped me on my weight loss journey. She gives me confidence to train hard and I always look forward to training with her. Before I started my sessions with Jenny, I hadn’t done any exercise for a long time, so I was nervous but Jenny made me feel at ease and helped me enjoy exercise again. Absolutely love Jenny’s park classes! Was a bit apprehensive going to the first one but shouldn’t have worried, Jenny was so friendly and welcoming and completely put me at ease. The class was really challenging and a great workout, but also really fun, and Jenny was able to adapt exercises to be appropriate for me. Jenny is an absolutely fantastic instructor, she makes sure you’re pushing yourself constantly and is always there to correct your technique if you’re struggling. Hive is a very welcoming and friendly group, regardless of your fitness the workouts are tailored to include everyone’s abilities and you really feel like you’ve achieved something after a session. No workout is ever the same and Jenny is always there to keep you on your toes, can’t recommend Hive enough.

Jen has been a great help to me with my triathlon training. I started from scratch with her on my fitness journey and she designed me a programme which helped me to build up my foundational strength, cardio fitness, and then a coach to 5k. We then worked on other areas of my fitness and specific training to help me compete in my first triathlon. She's super knowledgeable and also a good laugh! Would recommend to anyone.
