Been going here for a couple of years. It's really good value, great equipment. Expansive 3.5 floors. Very busy at peak times but open 24hrs so you can work around it. I enjoy the Les Mills spinning class, it's a good stepping stone for those who wouldn't normally join an instructor-led session. They seem to have removed most of the floor space on the top level, leaving room for one or two mats. It would be great to still have that area for stretching or floor exercises. Music is often very loud, and with most people wearing headphones this just seems unnecessary. Staff members have videos of their bums on a constant loop on the screens. Slightly odd. Small points, all in all a great time!

Great gym! 24/7, all the equipment a lifter or cardio junkie needs. Very competitively priced, and none of the sign up fee and lock-in contract rubbish gyms usually love to scam you for. Awesome classes included, friendly staff, nice little cafe too. I've been a member for 1.5 years and if you are lucky enough to live anywhere near this place, I would highly recommend.

Luxe is by far the best gym I've been a member of, its smaller than most gyms but that makes it more friendly and the staff take the time to get to know you. There is also a great range of classes, I definitely recommend Ryan's Boxfit and Adam Kemp's HIIT Step is brilliant and a real challenge, Adam is also a fab personal trainer so definitely check him out if you're looking for that bit of extra encouragement, you won't regret it! At the very least join this gym!

Just wanted to leave some feedback for Ania and her cardio hiit class. It’s an excellent class, really varied, with a great flow and giving a great total body workout. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into this and Ania is great too- friendly, encouraging, caring, professional and always looking to give help and advice. Also, Max on reception is excellent-helpful, patient and friendly!

I have tried a few other gyms in Bristol before but definitely this is the best I have been. First of all, the interiors look great, great refurbishment. The space is great, a lot of privacy and social distance. The staff is super friendly and professional. The gym is full of equipment and its very clean. Just great!

Finally an affordable 24/7 high standard club with all the equipment you need. There are free group classes with PTs and free virtual classes as well. The team is really nice so as the members, there is also a juice bar where you can get protein shakes, smoothies and coffee as well, honestly the best gym I have been to, vibe is 10/10 well done!

I've been to lots of gyms over the last 10 years and this is by far the best I've been to, even taking away the low cost for membership. Firstly, the management of the facilities have been fantastic through the pandemic, allowing people to feel safe when they go to the gym with the system they have put in place. The kit is all new and very well maintained, also a good variation of equipment too. Gets busy at peak times but so does every gym, and you can still get on the equipment even if you have to wait 5 minutes for your turn. One thing to note is there are no mirrors in the free weights area which isn't ideal for heavier lifting. Finally, the staff are really friendly and always happy to help out. Would recommend!

This is such a great gym, the cost is fair, surroundings beautiful, equipment great. The ONLY thing is that there's often a queue for certain machines - I went 3 times in one week and had to queue for the same bit of equipment! It was pretty frustrating. Other than that I really like this gym - even compared to my partner's gym they are on the ball with Covid safety measures having your own spray bottle and cloth dispensers dotted around. Really recommend it!

Pros: Very good GYM at quiet times with good location and carpark. Good variety of weights and equipment. Excellent yearly membership price. Friendly staff and members. Cons: Very limited space to work out during peak hours. Some equipment are really close to each other (eg. treadmills) and some are not extremely necessary and use space, especially for a small gym (for example the biceps machine you can use the cable machine or dumbbells and the leg press machine you can do a barbell squat instead). Wish there were more benches, cable machines and power racks. Otherwise all good.

I have really enjoyed my membership with Luxe and all the personal trainer interactions I have had have been really lovely. I honestly love the atmosphere and how the gym feels early in the morning at sun rise along side the neon lights. The gym membership price is excellent, and theres a good variety of equipment to keep gym users happy.

I already really rated the gym, he was super clean, music great, equipment great, staff fantastic and it had a great atmosphere. Also the smoothie/shake bar is a nice touch. But on top of that I contacted them when I needed to freeze membership because I was near the end of my pregnancy and again when I needed to unfreeze which is recently now I’m cleared to go back and the customer service and speed with which everything was dealt was impressive !!

The first time i walked into this gym I was blown away. It is modern, exciting and always full of people with good energy and friendly attitudes. It is so much more than any other gym that you would usually pay around the same price for, having a juice bar, live DJ's, and high intensity fitness classes. The modern technology in all the apparatus is great and really convenient, the management and staff are so helpful and friendly, a special mention to the manager Allyn who took me on a guided tour of the gym on my first visit, and gave me a complimentary protein shake. You made me feel really welcome and excited to be a member of Luxe Fitness

Excellent gym with great classes. Highly recommend Tim's posture class. A combination of stretching, strengthening and movement. Tim is physiotherapy and PT so he brings a lot of awareness to your body. Totally worth the early morning start.

Luxe Fitness/Luxe Gym in my own personal experience has shown that it values its members. The gym inside is lovely, using an old building and retaining its unique character, the staff have always been friendly and accessible, and their customer services communication is very good. If you have an issue or a problem, they deal with it quickly. It's a lovely atmosphere when you are in there training. It's a gym well worth looking at if you are thinking of joining somewhere.

Pros: Staff and management are great, facilities clean and good selection of machines/equipment. Sadly it's a victim of it's own success and if I was joining a new gym I'd definitely want to know the below: It's horrendously busy at between 5pm-9pm week days. You'll have to queue for machines and use cramped changing rooms. Luckily I can use it at very anti-social hours but if I had to use it at peak times I'd probably go elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing gym!! Tried it here after my friends raved about it and it did not disappoint. There was a wide variety of new, easy to use gym equipment and amazing classes available. The gym was spotless! Hand sanitiser was available throughout the gym, couldn’t fault it. I love it here!!

Luxe Fitness Gym is, hands down, the best gym in Bristol. The building itself is absolutely stunning, having retained many of its original features from its days as the town hall. There are huge windows that allow the sunlight to stream in, massively enhancing the workout experience and putting it head and shoulders above all of the characterless, windowless boxes available in the same price range. I'm looking at you, Pure Gym Barrow Road. There's all the cardio equipment you could ever want, as well as heaps of weight machines, free weights, TRX equipment and even a punching bag with gloves. What you won't find in this gym are juiced-up meat heads slamming down weights, preening endlessly in mirrors. What you will find is a wonderful mix of people of all ages and backgrounds, enjoying a quality gym. And, I kid you not, people actually put the weights back after using them! On top of that, there's a huge range of classes to attend at all times of the day. Whether you're an early riser or a night owl, you'll find classes to fit your daily routine. If that's not enough, you've got access to the full range of Les Mills virtual sessions, including: spinning RPM & Sprint, Body Attack, Pump & Balance) I'd never been confident enough to try a class before, but these virtual classes have been an absolute revelation. The team at Luxe Fitness also add to the positive experience. Unlike all the other £20 a month gyms I've been a member of, there's always a member of staff to greet you when you arrive, to make delicious coffees and smoothies, as well as offer advice and help. No-one will leap on you as soon as you walk in, hawking their personal training sessions. If personal training sessions are what you're looking for, there are plenty of experienced trainers on hand, with free taster session also available. I really can't recommend this gym strongly enough. You simply won't find a more inclusive, well-stocked and welcoming gym in such a beautiful building and cracking location for the same monthly fee.

I love this gym! The PTs are lovely, the coffee and juice bar is great, good changing rooms, lockers available, phone charging lockers, loads of equipment. I love the app to a class, of which they have a lot! I've never had a bad experience here! Great price for a boutique gym with all it had to offer! They even do prosecco fridays and offered a free breakfast one morning when they partnered with Heck Sausages. Honestly go here if you can because it's great!

Luxe Gym is in a great location and very stylish. I wanted to get the most out of my gym sessions, so I decided to invest in some personal training sessions with Mateusz. I would highly recommend him. He is meticulous in his approach, which means you get the most out of each session. He’s always encouraging and supports you to meet your ultimate goal. I now feel a lot more confident at using the gym equipment and achieving correct posture and alignment when performing the exercises in my workout.

So nice to have this new facility within walking distance. A well equipped gym with a good range of equipment over 4 floors - although several of the machines seem designed only for tall men and unsuited for women to use. Some areas seem rather cramped, but it is a small building which has been put to new use and is generally an asset to the area.

The gym here is pretty unbeatable in terms of value for money. A couple small points are that some of the machines (the ab/lower back machine comes to mind) aren't bolted into the ground, so using them is pretty unstable. And since dumbbells only go to 30kg, sometimes you might run out of weights quickly if you're strength training. Otherwise, the gym is clean, never too busy, and has pretty much all you could ever need.

The staff are the sweetest most helpful staff, its compact👌… buttt… the choice of music is… I don’t even recognise any of the songs playing and sometimes it’s extremely loud, to the point where I can still hear the gym’s music while I have my earphones on the loudest… pls pls update the music taste and play something new, its so repetitive 😭… I have ADHD and this makes me feel overwhelmed when I’m trying to focus… thanks 😄

Luxe gym is a total revolution! It’s so motivating to exercise somewhere so stylish and sophisticated. Each staff member has made me feel so welcome and provided so much support and advice. I decided to invest in personal training sessions with Demelza, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was so thorough, finding out my goals and making sure we made a plan that reflects those. She pushes me to achieve things I would never have thought I could achieve and gives me so much helpful insight into how each exercise is benefiting my body. More importantly though, it’s really helping my mind and I can’t wait to see where our journey continues.

This is a new gym and it's only been open a week so there are some teething issuses however the gym is well stocked with equipment, both machines and free weights, nice helpful staff (one this morning helped me out for at least 15mins just making sure I was doing the exercises correctly). The video walls are an awesome idea. Just be prepared for some issues whilst they get everything sorted. I bet everyone here made mistakes during their first month at a new job!

This place is 'bad' which means 'good' apparently. Where else can you workout for 7 days a week for under a fiver. And have free parking for two and a half hours. Love the equipment and the keep fit classes/cycling which are also included in the price as well. Bargain. And no LUXE didn't pay me to write this. Anyway any chance of a discount?? !! Best wishes.

I joined luxe as I started having personal training sessions with Demelza. The gym is great with all the latest equipment, all of staff are really friendly and approachable and Demalza has really boosted my confidence and helped me improve my techniques so that I feel confident when I'm training with her and also on sessions by myself. As someone that had little confidence and found gyms a bit intimidating, luxe is a great place to join as it's friendly atmosphere and staff make you feel really comfortable.

It's a nice looking gym, not too busy. I'm knocking 2 stars of because of the lack of mirrors. This might not be an issue for some but for me it's simply dangerous to lift without mirrors. Speaking from experience I have hurt my back deadlifting, you need mirrors to check your form to avoid injury, it's basic gym 101 stuff. They need mirrors behind both squat racks and mirrors across the railings by the dumbbells. I appreciate you can't put them by the middle deadlift platforms but I only see people lifting smaller weights there. Over all I like the gym but you guys need tonsort the mirrors out.

Iv not been a member that long but in the time iv been there I have Found the Stuff to be Very friendly and helpful and all ways happy to help And other members to be really friendly 2 iv made some new friends at the gym to I would Highly recommend anyone that is thinking about trying a gym to try this 1 100% to be honest I was in 2 minds in going I was a cubby guy and worried that I will be out off place but I was made to feel right at home from day 1 the Toilets and Wash area Kept clean and we all work together to keep the quipment clean and help the fight against c-19 if you are thinking about going to the gym this is the 1 you need to look in 2 100%

Erik Virag is a great instructor. His classes are amazing. I always leave his classes feeling so energised and fantastic. He has a really wonderful vibe and you always feel comfortable in his classes. Definitely always willing to give advice and help you wherever you need or want it. There is never a class where my body doesn’t ache after so he must be doing something right?! I highly recommend his classes! :-D

A few teething problems in the initial sign up leading to access issues but these were quickly resolved by the manager. Resolution was speedy, apologies were sincere and overall, the mark of a good place is how well they also deal with things that go slightly wrong. Back up and running in no time. App is easy to use. Signed up in Jan and the room is well ventilated, clean and spacious. Music isn't offensively loud like in some other gyms. 24 hour access is a dream and has been a positive experience getting back to a gym. Credit Allyn for being a customer service star
