D. C.Great fun for the kids. Plenty to wear them out with. Can be a little crowded and may have to be a little patient. Some of the ninja course is too big for the under 12s but there is a large inflatable course for the smaller kids. Overall a good time and worthwhile trip. *Edit* Held a birthday party here too and it was great, party room for 15, kids meals, drinks provided. And a special mention to the party host who was fantastic, he organised the food and drinks, cleaned up, kept an eye on the kids, rounded them up for lunch and cakes and kept us informed throughout the day. Super service. Everyone had a fab time.
H. W.My partner and I were lucky visiting because we pretty much had the place to ourselves the entire time. Would recommend paying for the full 2hours so that you have enough time to have a go at everything. We found the main course difficult albeit still fun but the inflatable area really makes it. A big thank you to Callum who was always there whenever we had a question - he definitely made our experience more enjoyable! Also recommend wearing gloves/buying gloves when you get there - makes gripping onto the bars easier. Already looking forward to our next visit!
S. S.Worth the money for the kids to enjoy themselves! We travelled 2 hours from south west wales as a family of 10 to go here. The place was brilliant until the ‘chef’ had messed up the order and when they were told she was rude and had disgusting attitude! It really did put a downer on our day! Other than the ‘chef’ all other staff were so friendly and helpful!

Kids had a blast well worth it if you want to tire them out 👍.
A few little niggles
It was noisy in there as you would expect and safety briefings were done "on the floor" would be better in a quiet room ?
There was no real input from staff on the closest course to reception , there were kids waiting to beat the wall and people walking In front of them there should be a system in place to stop this .
Also kids swinging on the rope bridge like they were swings at a playground ment that all the others had to miss this out , yet staff walked past and said nothing .
Other than those little niggles it was a great few hours out 👍

B. T.Great fun! My partner, 11 year old daughter and I had a brilliant time. Felt great to actually play with my daughter without feeling like a complete lunatic in the local park. The park presents challenges for the super athletic to the slightly sporty parents. The bouncy castle area was great fun!
Staff were friendly and vigilant to prevent accidents, food drinks were reasonably priced and so were entry tickets.
Better cooling would have made this 5 stars. It wasn't unbearable and we did go on very hot summers day so usually the ac they have would be adequate.

u. u.9 year old's birthday party. 10 kids- they absolutely loved it 🤣. The host took them away and for an hour I had peace to eat/drink tea and chat with the other parents. Once they returned they had lovely hot food which they had ordered. Then the birthday cake came in all lit with candles for us. Perfect day. Thank you 😊
N. K.Staff are difficult to get hold of by phone, but reasonably fast by email or Facebook messanger. The staff were lovely in person.
Public seating is up 1 of 2 stairs with no lift for access with a pram.
Food was nice and reasonably priced.
Nice changing facility in the disabled toilet, clean and tidy too.
The play equipment is a little run down, could do with a deep clean, mainly dusting as its thick on top of equipment.
Slightly out of my price range for a regular outing, but in line with most other similar businesses.
Great that adults who are not taking part are not charged for entry
K. K.Great fun for all the family however the equipment is looking quite worn with holes and rips In nets. The tops of the equipment are very dusty. We were going to eat here after our session but wasn't impressed with the 1* hygiene rating. Staff are very attentive and monitor behaviour well.

M.A group of adults were continually racing each other and diving headfirst , at speed,thru the holes of one of the activities ,whilst I appreciate its a one way system I saw small kids exiting these holes on a number of occasions. Could have been a serious accident, to make matters worse a staff member was talking to this group and made no attempt to stop them . If you're mixing kids and adults there needs to be a great responsibility on adults using the premises, equally the staff have a bigger duty to spot & control incidents that could result in injury to children and implementing any one way systems. Disappointed at the lack of supervision .
G. L.Brilliant place, free parking but make sure you register your car, they don't tell you verbally. Unfortunately the chef didn't make it in on our day so no hot food. Great for 🥳 parties.

I did overhear some staff disrespecting her but she rose above and carried on with the job at hand. Very professional.

The party hostesses Kaitlyn and steffan were amazing
They were playing with the kids chasing them around playing tag
And my little boy loved Kaitlyn he dragged her everywhere
Also the food I had alot of people in the party that sat in the cafe (mums or dads) that ordered food and said how nice it was.
We will 100% be back and recommend this place for a visit or a party

c. w.Really fun place to take the kids, i don't think you need more than an hour as it is easy to get through the whole course within 20 minutes and we was held up with smaller kids in front. The blowup zone is great fun, our kids loved it. Food and drinks is not the best slushy was flavourless and the food was basic oven cooked things but the prices weren't to bad for the food

S. C. (.This place is mad fun, hard but fun. Me and my 14 year old did it. They have three main courses plus the inflatable course. All great fun. At the moment, due to the Covid situation the first course is closed but the rest is great. The staff are very helpful and they are constantly cleaning the equipment.

D. D.I brought my son here today along with another child family member for the first time, and we most definitely will be back! Not only did they both thoroughly enjoy the facilities, the inflatable play and the ninja course, what stood out to me was the EXCELLENT customer service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Chris in particular was exceptional with my son who helped him through the course with a big smile on his face. He couldn’t do enough to help. The children themselves noticed how amazing they were and commented on how kind he was. The staff in the cafe were superb also! Thank you for a great experience all around, we will be back!

My only criticism is that groups of adults should have different time slots to that of small children. A few groups of men had little regard for the small children around them.

B. A.It was okay but not as great as the what we thought. The socks that we had to buy were terrible. I have very small feet so I got the small size pair. However there are no grips at all and made it experience extremely frustrating and potentially very dangerous.
T. W.Went with the family! Let the 10 Yr old and 12 Yr old do their own thing. Tried to stick with the 4 Yr old but the inflatables were hot and tiring so I left the 4 Yr old to it! Smashed the big wall 1st time... Did it twice more to prove no fluke! We all had an incredible time!

L. W.First time visiting Ninja Warrior, Cardiff yesterday. My two boys had a brilliant time, both on the inflatable course and the more challenging larger obstacles. There's something there for both children and adults alike, and the staff were all accessible, polite and encouraging.
I unfortunately discovered that I was not a natural-born Ninja Warrior as I had hoped, but instead managed to sprain my foot. A staff member Christopher, quickly came to my aid. He assessed me and took care of me, reassured me when I was feeling faint, and made sure I was able to get home and get a medical opinion that day. I'm very grateful to him for his calm, caring manner. Thank you Chris.
Also, I was telephoned by a staff member today to check that I was OK, which was really thoughtful. Thank you.

It is on par with limitless in Swansea, both are very good

Place was surprisingly warm for a warehouse so it was nice to sit in the food hall and not freeze like you do in some places. I accompanied my son here to a friend's party. The party food menu was also good and seemed well received by the kids.

R. S.Absolutely brilliant evening out. My team and I went straight after work on a Saturday evening for the 8-9 session. What a great time we had... The course is challenging but a brilliant laugh. Its a great time for friends, family or team building. The best bit is after all the hard work and cheering each other through the challenging obstacles as seen on TV you can then be BIG kids on the inflatable obstacle course. The staff there were helpful and friendly... Also up for a good laugh. Will definitely be going back again, my team also echoed the same thoughts.

A.A great place for the kids who were able to play on the equipment safely for the whole time spent at the site. There were certainly no complaints from them.
The food and coffee in the cafe was good for what it is especially when they had to deal with the demand as it was busy while we were there.

D.My daughter has celebrated her 10th birthday here today and I honestly can't recommend the place enough, even though it was absolutely heaving as it was a wet Sunday, we had full attention of the party organiser ( Carly) who took care of 11 very excitable 10 year old for the whole 2 hours. From taking them around the course and being always in charge to making sure they were always well hydrated throughout, Carly had it in order. P. M.Really good setup! The obstacles duplicated the show, the inflatable was fun. Although expensive, with no sign of a family ticket (I'm a father of 4.) I'd recomend going as early or late as possible as to miss the peak rush, as can spoil the experience when it's full capacity. All round good time - although expensive.

J. H.Super fun experience, my partner and I are both young adults and felt it was challanging enough to show we are definitely unfit!
The area was very suitable for a variety of ages, despite my partner and I feeling apprehensive with the amount of kids on a weekend. So would recommend going on a weekday.
We felt the area was very disorganised upon apraoch, there was no clear system of where to begin/ where to be. There was arrows for direction, however no stringent rules in place to ensure people where adhering to them.
It felt very chaotic with the volume of people, and given the current climate, I don't feel as though this is covid freindly. Visually lots of sweaty people touching things constantly, the poor staff can only wipe surfaces so much.
Would definitely give this a higher rating if it wasn't for covid. 1 hour is more than enough for your average Joe.
D. D.The staff are friendly and get involved in the fun which make the experience even more enjoyable. Went as a work group of adults and it was a blast. For the price you cant complain. I would recommend getting the gloves or bring your own.

S. S. M.We really enjoyed, my only complaint would be the layout. As you go in, the wall is on your left, and you either have to walk across it or right around to get to the stepping stones to start the course. As theres no signs indicating this, or what direction the obstacles should be done it, it caused a fair bit of chaos today (half term). Didn't have a chance to go to the cafe so can't comment in that. Staff were friendly, although that they have to put the bands on you and unpack the socks and hand them to you as previously customers weren't putting the packaging or bits from the bands in the many bins provided, causing a slip hazard, means that checking in takes quite a while, they have the patients of saints!

s. h.Had an awesome sunday morning here, the obstacles vary in difficulty but that difficulty curve is steep.....paid for 2 hours which in my opinion is too much but 1 hour not quite enough so for the £5 difference may aswell pay the difference and do as you please. Cafe is pleasant but on a busy morning like today nowhere to sit and have a drink. All in all worth a visit with your kids or as an adult 😝
E. A.Half term adventure for my daughter and her sister. My daughter loves the show and having a chance to try and beat the wall herself was too much to resist. Very good replication of the tv show obstacles, walls of different height for kids of different ages to try. Also an inflatable course. No water drops, if they fall it's into foam pits. Small cafe area serving hot and cold food and drink.
D. A.Took 5, 7 yr old....Only the bouncy castle area is suitable for kids, unless your child can do 10+ pull-ups then your wasting your money and same for adults in all honesty. Their's one area that is OK for kids in the main arena but its closed due to covid restrictions. Not sure if you can only pay for just the bouncy castle, as spent 5 mins failing at the few things they could do and the majority of stuff they couldn't even reach and the rest of the hour was on bouncy castle arena.
Also, annoyingly we paid for 2 hours but didn't tell us their was a half hour wait between sessions for cleaning, well the kids didn't have the patience when we were 10mins early for the first hour, so their was no way they wanted to wait, so lost our money there but one hour would have been fine as they were boiling and exhausted.

v. s.Crazy but so fun! The only downside is the kids, especially on inflatable part. It can get quiet dangerous in my opinion when they try to sneak before u. Maybe a choice of seperate areas or hours would be the best way to avoid issues.

P. M.On an inst day my Granddaughter asked to go to Ninja Warrior Adventure Cardiff. It was a grest 2 hours for her. She already had tge specisl sochs that they sell when you book your tickets. 1 hours is £10.00 2 hours is £15.00. We booked the 2 hour session and she loved every minute of it. From what I could see there are 3 main areas. 2 of these she could more or less do all that there was set up and of course the inflatables. The equipment in the middle area was for old ones...those who were taller and had upper arm strength....but because we were sitting right by the equipment she was able to try it out..which was good for her. I no doubt feel she will want to go again to see if she can attain the height and upper strength for the equipment. Because she enjoyed it, it was money well spent.
