G. S.By far and away the best Gym I've been to. Seriously top notch equipment, competition benches, calibrated plates, multiple bars and custom machines. Also everything is layed out in an excellent way so you can always get a good workout in no matter how busy it gets there. Really cleverly done. Great atmosphere there and probably the only gym in Cardiff that plays good music! Genuinely look forward to training here every day. Highly recommend
C. R.Hands down the best facility in Cardiff. Top-notch equipment, even better patrons. This isn’t a gym for staring at yourself in the mirror or making that big “ooos” sound when you lift. Members here are super friendly, respectful and take themselves seriously in their goals. Couldn’t recommend more.
