M. A.In my opinion, the best weightlifting and bodybuilding gym in Cardiff. Modern and friendly. Lots of friendly people that will help, if they see you doing an exercise wrong. Great community atmosphere and perfect music to work out to. Everything you need to do all forms of fitness.
N. B.Fantastic gym with a welcoming smile. The owners Cath & Dave treat you like family. Lots of fitness equipment and weights for even the most hardcore bodybuilders. The gym have produced many champions in the bodybuilding world over the years. The also have personal trainers if required.
