B. T.Great gym. Went to the kids squash lessons and must say they are great both my.kids love them
J. S.Is a state of the art Leisure centre for the military community and for private clubs. Always very clean and looked after by the staff. I provide a P. A System for a regiments boxing event every year in the main hall and is always a well organised event. Parking is OK but not the best, other than that a good centre to have in Colchester.
1.Great place to train and swimming pool as well. Massive gym. Also the gym is named in Honour of a British Army hero who died at war.
