A. F.Nice people, the gym is close to my home.
D. B.Not the greatest selection of machines, if that is your gig. However, they have a Strongman and calisthenics section outside which is like a mini muscle beach. There is also a Ninja Warrior course inside - and the biggest martial arts dojo I have seen in the UK.
