Joined about a year ago started doing Bootcamp but now do Metafit, kettlebells & ab blast too. Great atmosphere, felt welcomed from day one. Great vfm, quality kit and great instructors. I recommend FSP.

Matt really knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced for a personal trainer I got to fifty and everything started packing up and was overweight and unfit in 8 short weeks he has transformed my level of fitness shed 7 kilos and transformed some fat to muscle The training sessions are always changing to keep you interested and his knowledge of the body means that if you have a niggle you can carry on training a different part of the body without injuring yourself I'm really glad I joined up best one in this area I think Simon

Matt's a top bloke and the range of sessions he does at FSP is unreal. There's something for everyone, for all fitness ranges.
