Julie is a credit to her business. She makes the class very welcoming so you can happily turn up on your own. You soon make friends. Each class is different and for all abilities. At the moment (due to Covid) you do have to book ahead on the website but don't let this stop you. Excellent classes great atmosphere and
emphasis on fun.

Whats not to like about Julie and her group. She encourages the whole group of all ages shapes and sizes. The class activities change regularly so you dont get bored doing the same thing. She's really enthusiastic and encourages you to lose weight and weighs you weekly. You will make many friends and can get involved with other activities. The club is also ardent charity fund raiser, raising thousands every year. Julie is very friendly and approach able and enjoys a laugh as i know by having the micky taking out of me. ( what did i expect being the only man amongst so many women ) its all a good laugh. So come along get fit and enjoy yourself.

At Julies classes its like one big family, everyone is so supportive and friendly, not only do you get a fantastic work out which is always different, you really do have so much fun and leave feeling so positive and valued. When you come to just jules fitness you will be welcomed by a warm friendly and passionate teacher in Julie.. She has dedication, enthusiasm. The classes are attended by all age groups and we are a very friendly group. I have been going for 6 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.come along and see for yourself

Julie - what can I say..??? Just fantastic!!! Completed the weight loss but still continue to attend classes 3 times a week to maintain 'muscle tone' and to enjoy myself with all the friendly girls and ladies who attend the classes - it's a non-judgemental 'home from home.' Exercise to suit you! A friendly class that has evolved from Rosemary Conley - Julie has the ability to make exercise fun. Lots of venues to choose from with different genres of workouts; boxercise, Bollywood, thriller(!) – you never know what you’re going to get! Highly recommend.
