D. S. H.Not a bad gym kept nice and clean plus lots of equipment so never struggle to get on anything plus if the equipment breaks they are usually fixed quite quickly. Staff have always been friendly and give advice to when needed. Personally I don’t use the sauna but its a handy extra for some people , would prefer a steam room but can’t have it all for the monthly price.
N. E. K.This gym is incredible spacious with a lot of equipment. The personal trainers and fitness instructors are the friendliest people and will always make you feel welcomed and deal with any concerns you have.
R. R.Well equipped, modern 24/7 gym. Do not try to get a quick workout done here weekdays after work you'll be waiting forever, overcrowding is a major issue, you may even have trouble parking at peak times, you used to be able to combat this with their live capacity checker but it's no longer in use.
D. P.Pump jym is located in 17 Grange Way, Colchester CO2 8HG. It is a well organised jym. Good atmosphere to workout. Affordable price rate.. 24/7 working.. Loved it.
V. P.The gym consists of all the required machine's, the atmosphere is really good and healthy.... The best of the gym is this that it's open 24x7 so you can do your workout anytime and it's absolutely safe .....
J. M.Pretty good, love that it's 24 hours, it feels like 50% of the cardio equipment is either completely broken or has something wrong so it rattles or squeaks. A couple of the machines have been out of commission for a fairly long time.
Update: a recent bout of replacements means that now the majority of the equipment is working and in good condition.

R. P.I've given the Gym 5 stars because the facilities are great ....however...The payment issues are awful, this should be direct debit it's as simple as that just taking money out willy nilly and no idea when, borders on silly
about the 15th just is not good enuff.
And using your card without your permission which by the way they need every time!!!

K. T.Quiet and refreshing gym, no mad loud mad music. Yes your every day house tracks but nothing to heavy. Well spaced and comfortable.
O. M.Modern, clean, huge open airy "warehouse" style gym with everything you'd need. Huge free weights area and regular comps and classes for those who love em, reccomended.
B. N.Very spacious, a good number of machines and weights etc depending on your preference. Lots of classes to choose from which are included in membership cost. Very clean and hygienic and seen staff constantly cleaning since reopening during pandemic. Can't fault this gym.

The changing rooms are clean, there are lockers, and a sauna in the changing room. There also seems to be lots of different exersise classes which I hope to have a go at soon.

You can register online, they send you a code to your email. Then you can just turn up, use the computers inside to complete registration and register your fingerprint, then you can come and go as you please any hour of the day.
Remember to press the circle above the fingerprint scanner to turn it on.
The facilities have everything they advertise and more and there has never been an issue getting use of a peice of equipment, nor any waiting as there are so many available. Lots of cardio machines and a huge free and fixed weights area.
Can't recommend it enough!
C. B.First visit with my daughter went 2am it's good u can scan ur phone when u go in for contact tracing and every other machine has a sign so nobody would stand next to u lots of sanitizer every where u need them
d. b.good gym vast amount of kit shame not everyone versed in gym ettiquette eg weights left all over and those who cant be bothered to wipe / spray after themselves will be the first to moan if there is a shut down shame my grand daughter cant join we trained to gether at university gym to help in her attempt to qualify for crossfit games she is a powerful girl but only 15 and no suitable alternatives available uni unlikely to reopen any time soon for public
M. L.Love this place, even when busy there's enough room to train , and more equipment than any gym iv been a member of, only slight down side is staff dont seem as aprochable which might put off first timers, this is a very high spec gym for a low monthly cost.
j.The Equipment is ok, can get quite busy, but the wait time on equipment isn't too long.Says "dedicated boxing zone" but its just 2 heavy bags no other boxing equipment, could use some other boxing equip speedball, floor to ceiling etc. its fingerprint entry which i find a bit temperamental, when iris scanner would be better as i work with my hands and a few cuts stops the reader from verifying you. the only thing that really disappoints me is the "boxing zone"
