Lorraine and Ted are fantastic trainers.
I was a little nervous when I first booked a consultation, but as soon as I got through the doors, they completely put me at ease and listened and understood what I wanted to achieve.
I’ve been going to them for a couple of months now, and they’ve helped me ensure that my diet and training plan are adapted to my personal goals, and I’ve seen real, measurable progress every single session.
I feel stronger, fitter, more energetic, and positive about my workouts.
Most importantly, I always feel safe. I’m always being guided to get the best out of each machine, with correct posture and form, and whilst Lorraine is always by my side motivating me to push myself, I feel comfortable, confident and never at risk of hurting myself.
They’re both so knowledgeable and experienced, really can’t recommend them enough!

Ted and Lorraine are both knowledgeable trainers and tailor our sessions to suit our age, ability and goals. My husband and myself have grown in confidence since training with Vital Exercise and have certainly noticed a difference with our health, both of us feel a lot fitter and healthier than we have in a long time!
One of the great things is that they only push harder when you are ready and teach you how to get the best out of each machine to meet your goals.

Ted and Lorraine really know their stuff, their gym offers a relaxed and trendy environment where it is fun to workout.

After my boyfriend and I decided on a date for the wedding; we decided to get in shape!! Before that, the only exercise that we got was walking the dog everyday, and having both been members of various high street gyms in the past we knew that wouldn’t work and that we needed 1-2-1 sessions in a more intimate environment!
Having both Lorraine and Ted is perfect for a couples PT sessions, with us both doing the same circuit but at different weights and rates! There is nothing like either being pushed, or pushing your partner to their personal best!
Take it from us (who have never stuck at anything gym related ever); Vital Exercise is addictive!!

Time flies at Vital Exercise. I’ve been going to Ted & Lorraine for nearly 10 years and it’s always great fun. They’re really good at ensuring your body can exercise without over-straining or overdoing it, while having a good laugh in the process.
Even when thinking I really need the time at the office, the session helps me relax and return to my desk with renewed energy.
Taking this time out is oh so valuable and in the process they’ve helped me keep flab at bay and muscle, stamina and cardiovascular capacity increase.

I honestly can't rate Vital Fitness highly enough. I have been suffering with hypermobility all my life and have tried everything you can imagine to get my pain under control. When I decided to try strengthening, I approached vital fitness as I wasn't a fan of the gym environment and I knew with my condition I needed someone to guide me. I can honestly say they have changed my life. Ted makes a plan for me each session and he makes sure I am doing everything in a controlled manner and this has made such a difference. I no longer have constant muscle pain and I feel so much stronger than I ever have before.
