Only completed the foundation session (s) but Megan (one of the trainers) was very professional especially ensuring my form was correct and most importantly, safe. I feel confident to go forward to a workout session and am really looking forward to being part of the community - so far very friendly and exactly what I was looking for.

I loved Crossfit Coventry. I had to leave as I moved house and couldn't travel there. I would highly recommend it. I have never been dedicated to the gym before this. When I started I was super weak and have gained so much strength since. The coaches are amazing and the other members also help you so much!
