I seriously can’t recommend this guy enough, not only does he look after your physical well-being but also your mental well-being. His classes are varied and he always pushes you beyond your comfort zone….. his knowledge of the fitness industry is second to none and through his own achievements in martial arts he is able to pass that on at a pace and level that will have you hitting pads like a boss in a matter of weeks. Whether you’re looking for weight loss, muscle gain or to strengthen your mind than kavology is the place to go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just started my 12 week course at kavology and what a session it is Seamus really knows his stuff and pushes me to my limit every session I feel my fitness coming on every week and it doesn’t just stop in the gym he’s always a phone call away if I’m stuck with my diet etc.would definitely recommend best training I have done in the city FACT! No pain no gain. Big man
