After a recommendation off my friend I signed up to the classes at Old School Fitness and i'm so glad that I did. With a past history of signing up to gyms and quitting within a couple of months I decided to join the Silver Back Strength classes. The atmosphere feels more like a family with everyone constantly pushing you until the end, Craig is continuously supportive and pushes you throughout the class. Within the past two months I have noticed a complete change in my fitness and strength levels. I would recommend Old School Fitness to anyone.

Unlike any other gym in Coventry! It has been amazing to watch what Steph and Craig have built - from a disused old building, to something built for the people of Coventry and the surrounding areas. Housing Silverback Strength, who I have trained with for a long time, plus Urban Fitness, other trainers, multiple yoga teachers and a great sports therapy facility (Revive Sports Massage), OSF has something for everyone. You’ll be welcomed in for a tea and a chat if that’s all you want! OSF also sells gym wear, has a small library, and offers a range of plant-based meals and snacks. Pop in, get to know the team and see why I am a happy part of it all!

Fantastic set up with all your health and well being needs under one roof! The training is excellent with so many classes available to choose from, there really is something for everyone. Highly professional, focused training. Whether you've been training for years, complete beginner or coming back from injury, there is something here for you. I've personally tried the strength training classes (brilliant) and, when coming back from injury, personal training sessions with Craig (soon back to full fitness). Absolutely recommend.

Hidden Gem in Allesley Village. Everything to get fit from strength and kettlebells, yoga, self defence, sports massage and aromatherapy massage. Not to mention drinks, snacks and really approachable and motivated instructors. Classes run all day everyday. I love kettlebells on a Saturday morning. You don't have to pay membership for all the classes you pay as you go for some.

I attend both 50+ classes - both are completely different and I get a full body workout each time. It doesn't matter what age, size or ability you are, I really recommend you get them a go because Cheryl and Heather make everyone so welcome.

Fantastic facility with amazing coaches suited to your needs. The whole building is like a tardis with so many nooks and crannies in specialised rooms for health and welbeing. They also do a lot of work for good causes and local businesses. There's something for everyone.

Great little private gym. All of the trainers are lovely and very knowledgeable. It's always a great vibe in both the small and larger groups. Theres always something going on; baby gym, yoga, physio, massage and always lots of fitness and strength training. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking to get fit and/or strong!

I joined with Craig in October 2018, attending strength camp 3 times a week and have loved going ever since. High quality training, where you are taught proper technique rather than just attending classes at a gym. They have the vibe just right here, everyone working hard to achieve their own goals and encouraging each other too - there is no fear of looking silly. I’ve made great friends and have a laugh aswell as working hard each session. It’s honestly one of the best things I’ve done. Alongside their great classes, they offer so much to the community - monthly charity involvement, afternoon tea for over 75s and offering free sessions to local sports teams to name a few. They have honestly got it so right here and it’s a joy to watch it grow and to be a part of what genuinely feels like one big family.

Great personal gym, made up from an old school (hence the name!) I have been going for a while because I like the privacy of a 1-2-1 session, with so many alternatives to exercise, fitness and sheer experience under one roof that most gyms don’t/can’t cater for, plus a neat sit down area for before or after your session. Would recommend it to anyone, either starting their fitness journey or continuing their own. And the prowler track, well let’s just say that it’s not very friendly on the way up...! 😒

Old School Fitness is more than just a gym. It's a real community where everyone is welcome. All the members are incredibly friendly and it's a real diverse group. I've been doing strength camp with Craig since Christmas and absolutely love it. It's bloody hard but very rewarding. Can also highly recommend Jas from Revive Sports Massage who has really helped me with some mobility issues. It's really a one stop shop for your wellbeing and if you get the chance, be sure to pick up some peanut butter balls. To die for. 😍

Old School Fitness has become a second home to my Family and I, a place we can escape to when everyday life can be a bit chaotic. It's inspirational what Craig and Steph have created with this gym! It's not your 'normal' gym, that's the best thing about it! It's a real community feel with everything you could possibly need for your health and well-being in one place! When I have a classes with Craig (Silverback Strength) I don't feel I need to drag myself there as I would going to a normal gym, i enjoy going there, I enjoy how the class pushes me and when I think I have nothing left to give, it turns out I do!! I couldn't recommend OSF more, it's a community, a Family.

OSF is not your typical gym. This is a community that care if you turn up, what you’re training, making sure you’re doing it safely and motivate you to reach your goals - whatever they may be! The space and equipment is kept to an insane standard and they’re always working on improving with now on-site sports therapy/massage (Revive) who sorted my quads out! Urban Fitness is my personal trainer - she has changed my lifestyle completely from a might make it to the gym once a month, not bothered about nutrition, not very fit/healthy to a nearly fully qualified personal trainer who now trains 4-5x a week, feels physically and mentally fabulous and eat a whole new variety of foods. And now OSF have provided the opportunity for Sunday Club to change everybody’s Sunday morning routine with my own resistance group training classes to start your day with a bang. So when that gym direct debit comes out each month - have a think, does it feel like a transaction for how much time you’ve spent there. Or did they earn your money...

Old School Fitness is a place in the community that welcomes everyone. With lots of different classes to choose from, you really are spoilt for choice. Revive Sports Massage is also located here to assist with any aches and pains, the feedback from my friends have been great. You can also buy healthy food here too. It really is a one stop shop for all of your health and well being needs. This place has transformed my life in the way I train and my relationship with food. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed!

So pleased to have discovered the Old School Fitness community. There are a range of classes that make working out a joy! I've never been pushed during a workout like I am here - I've even discovered knee sweat! Every class is well thought out and there is so much support from everyone there. 5 stars isn't enough for OSF - try them!!

Training at OSF was the best decision I ever made. I’ve progressed with my fitness beyond where I thought I could be, and I’m continually pushed to places where I’m not sure I can get to, but Coach Champ knows I have the capability of being. The community feel is wonderful, everyone supports each other and no one gets left behind. Everyone is there supporting and cheering each other on. The best thing about OSF, you’re never a misfit....but always a member of a supportive group. I would recommend OSF and Coach Champ to anyone who’s serious about fitness with an added dash of fun and a whole lot of community!
