I love this Pilates class on Monday mornings ! Ellie is a fantastic instructor, who treats every class member as an individual. She always takes care to check on any injuries or physical difficulties, and gives tailored instructions when needed. The class has a really friendly atmosphere, and is manageable for all levels of fitness. I have been to Pilates classes before, but this is by far the most enjoyable.

Classes with 24 fit are amazing... I'm totally addicted and find myself excited on my Konga days! Never enjoyed excercise so much probably because the instructors are brill!! I drag all my mates along to try them using the fantastic free trial class offer! Give it a try...you won't regret it! 😄😄😄

Angelas class is so much fun and energy. The music is great and Angela is full of encouragement. If you enjoy lively music and dancing it is a great way to keep fit. The routines are easy to follow but give yourself a chance as it wil take a few classes to pick up the routines but once you have it is great fun and you dont realise how much you are working out. The enviroment is friendly and you can move at your own pace. If you have never tried it give it a go. 1 hour of good aerobic exercise and you feel so much better after.

Great way to kick start the week with Beths Monday morning Konga class. It's a mixed age group class so I particularly like the way Beth will give you a low, medium & high impact alternatives. I'm looking forward to the new Tuesday afternoon class.

Tried the pound class for the first time tonight! 100% knownill be feeling it tomorrow but that’s all part of the fun. If you like high energy music, bashing the ground with sticks and getting fit while you’re at it this class if perfect! I’m hooked after 1 lesson!

Fun classes, fab & friendly instructors, and a good venue - lots of space and easy to see instructors on the stage. Only negative is limited parking space, but can always park on nearby roads.
