After trying many different classes and corporate gym I have finally found something thats 100% me! I love the atmosphere and energy Shanley brings, I love that in a room full of people she still makes everyone feel like they matter and their personal fitness goals are important. Since joining I have seen a massive change in my body shape in exactly the right direction 👌 I would highly recommend Born to be Fit.

I started PT’s with Shanley back in summer last year and haven’t stopped, I have two a week and also did her amazing classes when that was possible (in and out of lockdowns) Mentally she keeps you focused and also picks you up when you may not be quite feeling yourself wether it be with exercise or just general life matters! All in all she offers variety and determination, her energy is infectious.

A variety of excellent classes to loose weight and tone. If you need a motivational trainner pushing all off your body and loose that lockdown puppy fat this is the place to be. Easy to book classes and fun place to be even provides cool kids parties.

My 8 year old daughter had a great glow party at Born to Party! 25 children entertained for 2 hours with games, dancing and an indoor bouncy castle - they loved it.

My daughter had a popstar party for her 5 birthday and it was so so fun. She got to be a little superstar for the day. Learnt a song and dance to her fave track. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Thank you x

Great place to workout and shanley is great. I get very anxious about working out so haven’t done for a long time this place is great. Offers a good range of quality classes and can do pay as you go or monthly! Lovely friendly atmosphere and Great lighting. Can’t wait to try some more classes. Would recommend

I've been going to Shanley's classes now for about 6 weeks and they are fabulous! I tentatively started going to the Disco Dance class as I have avoided exercise at every possible opportunity, and this class is so much fun, I'm addicted!! I've also tried Yoga, Dance Aerobics and conditioning classes and Shanley's years of expertise shines through as she tailors moves to your ability. She's given me a whole new outlook on getting my body (and mind) in shape, and exercise has never been so much fun!! I would recommend Shanley's classes in a heartbeat, give them a try!

I've been going to the circuits and HIIT classes for several months and find no class is the same. Different exercises each week keeps it exciting and enjoyable to go to. The place has a family feel about it as everyone is so friendly. Shanley makes you feel welcome and brings fun into the hour. Her knowledge in exercising shows and she is keen to pass this on.

Having never done a fitness class in my life, started at born to be fit 4 weeks ago and already can’t believe the difference Shanley has made to my fitness. My sports history is mainly running based- football then hockey and tennis- so the classes were a bit of a shock to the system! I regularly ride a mountain bike and since doing Shanley’s classes have found myself constantly at the front on my group rides with so much more power on the climbs especially. Shanley’s class content is varied and challenging, and her delivery is encouraging and motivating. Thanks Shan!

Born To Be Fit is THE place for fitness! I've been to Shanley's classes for a few years now, her high energy and enthusiasm are legendary, she squeezes very last drop of sweat out of you in every session!! Always some out feeling like I could take on the world I recently booked some 1 to 1 PT sessions with Shanley, and have seen a completely different side to her. Her attention to correct technique is great, she can pinpoint my weaknesses and exactly what I need to work on. There is no doubt that she really knows her stuff. Couldn't recommend enough.

I cannot recommend Shanley / Born to be Fit more! We started our PT sessions on zoom, and got the buzz for it. Throughout lockdown, we had fallen away from the exercise routine and wanted someone to give us the boost we needed. Shanley is that person through and through! She is so motivational, no two sessions are the same and she knows exactly how to make you leave that studio feeling your absolute best! Choosing Shanley was the best decision we made and we are getting fitter every week! 🙌

My journey so far 6 weeks in. After considering for some time to join a gym/ fitness group! I decided to join Born To Be Fit. I am a middle aged women with osteoarthritis and other disabilities which run along side the arthritis. Some days its a struggle doing day to day easy activities! I stopped exercising due to pain and became very low in mood? But then I discovered Shanley! I have to thank shanley so much for helping me to improve my mind set which has enabled me to do things which I thought I’d never be doing again. During my time with Born to be fit so far! I feel healthier, energised, happy and have dropped a dress size. My inner core is strengthening and the muscle is helping to support my joints which is helping me immensely with pain relief. What ever class I do with Shanley I feel I get 1 to 1 support no matter how many people are training. Shanley corrects my moves and shows me alternative exercises so I get the best training out of each session. I now go to regular classes with Shanley. The monthly fee is very reasonable and is well worth the money. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Born to be fit.

During lockdown, despite all conventional gym facilities being shut, Shanley's outdoor PT sessions helped me to become the physically strongest I've ever been. If you want someone that understands physical fitness and the important benefits it can have on mental well-being, Shanley's your woman. Now with Born To Be Fit's shiny new studio space, motivation to excercise can go from strength to strength (literally). Get involved! The ache the next day is totally worth it!

Highly recommend Shanley’s Born 2 be fit studio/ classes. She is amazing, she motivates you to push yourself to your limit with great support and clear instructions. And although you are hurting she still manages to make you smile . I always come away filling up lifted . Every body needs a bit of Shanley in their lives😘
