Great place for kids and adults alike. Food section needs a little more work but i love the new bull game theyve added on

Took 2 kids (10 and 7) on a rainy Saturday, it was quite busy but there were plenty of enthusiastic staff around to cope. Kids loved it, lots of different activities to keep them amused for a couple of hours. Parking was free but not many spaces. The cafe is small but well presented and the food is basic but tasty and realistically priced.

Attended a birthday party, seemed to be very disorganized on arrival, people milling around everywhere and children running around all over, once the party of children were all labelled up with wrist bands, saying whose party your with, they were led into a health and safety video/talk, but to be honest the girl was talking that fast that the children could not follow at all, after that they were shown where to go to play, we then found our way upstairs to a cafe, unfortunately the drinks machine trays were full so they would not work and then when they finally emptied them, the machines would not work, there now was a queue for drinks, there were some lovely cakes on sale and they also did a few easy to make meals or hot dogs, burgers, chips, however their was food being served at the party so never ordered after the drinks machine was mended it was time to go back downstairs to a side room, their the children were served pizza and chips and drinks, all cooked lovely and served hot, on the whole if they got some organisation sorted on entering the building, they could have the signs saying Matthew's Party wait here etc, and the cafe staff checked the overflow and tidied the drinks area more frequently they could avoid a build up of queue's. On the whole a excellent place to give the kids an excellent workout.

Brilliant for kids and adults too. There are separate areas depending on age. There is a food place upstairs which is comfortable and overlooks the play area. The food is freshly cooked and not expensive. I really enjoyed watching my daughter in law and grandson playing there together.

Fun for the kids to play but there isn't really anywhere for parents to sit and watch and keep an eye on them. When we went there was a birthday party starting at the same time as the kids went in and they weren't directed to the area where they watch an instructional video, before using the trampolines, until after the time had begun because of having only one member of staff trying to entertain those who were attending for the birthday. This did cut into time and it did feel a little like an afterthought and very rushed

First visit today and my little boy loved it! We were torn between here and oxygen but so glad we came here. A lot cheaper for us as we didnt have to pay for ourselves to go in and supervise him (under 5) and was only an extra £1.95 for the littlest one (10 months) to use the soft play area also. Definetley recommend for a few hours of fun and staff were lovely.

A party for 12 kids. Booked on line, all very smooth, I could have booked everyone in on line but the friendly and very helpful staff made short work of it.on to the safety brief and through to the play area. Staff all around to help keep everyone safe and in order . Plenty to keep everyone entertained for a fee hours. Down side, very small and limited free parking but plenty of pay and display around.

A little over crowded, but what do you expect in the school holidays. Lots of activities for all ages. Although we didn't eat here, the extensive menu was well priced. And the food looked delicious that others were eating.

The place was ok and lots of room to bounce and the kids loved it. However the catering side wasn't so nice. The hot chocolate tasted like dirty water and the lady sat on the table next to us said her coffee was the same

All the staff were lovely espially one particular younge lad with black glasses, he made it really fun for my son as it was our first time there, you can tell he loves his job. It was fantastic the only let down was arts and craft as there were hardly anything and no sissors it really needs to be replenished. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great for taking ur kids for a short while to exert some of their energy, only annoying thing we have 6 and 2 yr old of which can never go together as they do separate times for each age group and don't mix them. Other than tht lovely setting, great little central cafe where u can watch both sides of the mayhem below you!!

Really crowded. Reserved my place for a certain time, arrived early and it took 30 minutes to be answered to. Once answered to I was told my times been moved another 30 minutes and I should have arrived 30 minutes early? Had a birthday girl waiting patiently. Once in, the place was okay, got boring after half an hour so ended up leaving. Staff just look annoyed at all times so it's hard to approach them. Not all staff I'll add. 3 stars is fair.

Very busy place over the weekends. No access to cafe with the pushchair or for disabled people. Toilet was broken. Car park very confusing because on one side of the building is pay display and on the other side is free of charge for visitors bounce revolution. Otherwise great fun for kids.

Good fun for the kids (and grown ups haha) not too expensive. Nice to see a few new bits since the last time we visited. Only disappointment was the large olympic style trampoline hasn't been there both times we went. Still good fun and good exercise

It's ok for a jump around, more appropriate for kids. Generaly disorganised, Toilet didn't have toilet paper. If you get a Groupon, don't bother phoning because they won't pickup, just print out the Groupon form and turn up and bounce.

Everytime i go I seem to have loads of fun witch is why I have still given a 5 star rating I find the experience an overall good time but today I found that thier was far to many people thier for such a small place shorly thier should be a limit to the amount of people in at any given time. Other thend the fact that I had no room to move in still had fun the staff are great and really know how to have a laugh I just recommend that thier be a limit to how many people are aloud in at a time.

Absolutely fantastic day spent at Bounce Revolution, The children really enjoyed everything , Food and drinks very reasonable price and good portions and quality , Coffee machine with fresh ground coffee etc and a very large cup for £2.00 couldn’t find a fault , highly recommended

Good place. Very big. But don't use enough space on bounce areas. A bit dangerous as well. On one machine I almost broke a bone because of it going to quickly.

Very crowded place/no changing rooms. Booking in advance required for 20% Discount but it can be done at this place. Only few proper sized lockers available for 20p per use.

My kids love it here. Loads to do, not too badly prices and easier to get to and from. We'll definitely be going back.

My grandchildren thought an hour wouldn't to be long enough, but it definitely was. The staff were friendly and if you get there at least half an hour before your booked in slot, so you can fill in the paperwork and listen to the safety talk and not loose any time from your hour.

Great value for money and great fun. Be sure to listen to the safety instructions though it's not always easy to follow as people can be unpredictable, but it's still great fun for adults and kids
