I met Rachel May 2021 feeling at an all time low with my eating habits and not exercising. Rachel invests so much time in getting to know you and what you want to achieve. Rachel helped me change my eating habits for the positive, gained more energy, slept better and feel fabulous. The support I've had through exercise has been amazing, having had multiple surgeries on my back I was frightened to move. With her 1 to 1 sessions Rachel has given me the confidence to exercise and a new found love for classes. I am forever grateful to Rachel for all she has helped me achieve so far...I'm excited to see whats next. Thank you.

Rachel is by far the best PT I have ever worked with. Her approach is to tailor excercise to suit all abilities and expectations in a realistic, encouraging and, dare I say, fun manner.

I've had personal training for quite a few years with Rachel and it has allowed me to pursue my interests. I'm 68 and able to walk all day long which is my passion .She helped me get fit for Everest base camp and Downhill mountain biking .I really don't think I could have continued to do these things if I didn't have Rachel each week.Everything is tailor made for you personally and you achieve things you didn't think you could do .I can't recommend her enough she is brilliant.

I’ve been training with Rachel for about 2 years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!
Her classes are fab and cater for all abilities whether on Zoom or outdoors.
I also have the ‘pleasure’ of training with Rach at her custom built studio. Each week the session is pre-planned and always different (but always pretty gruelling!!). Despite the inevitable muscle soreness, Rach’s friendly nature and positive attitude always makes the session enjoyable and an hour to look forward to!
