We've been here several times and booked a party here too. Everytime we've been the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful, they do a fab job! It's a lovely clean place for the kids to blow off some steam. The foods always been great and I think the prices over all are reasonable. I would highly recommend and we'll be back again!

Thank you so much to Val and Jacob for making my little boys boys birthday party brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble Brilliant place... Excellent value for money ...especially the toddler sessions. Staff are lovely and so good with the kids I can't recommend this place enough. We love it!

Had a great hour bouncing around with my 7 year old daughter. The place seemed really organised from start to finish, the online booking and registration no doubt frees some time on arrival and the Park's Crew were the perfect combination of allowing the fun to continue but being very quick and attentive to any possible injuries and rule infractions. We was advised to arrive 20 minutes prior to our booking for a further safety induction, in reality we sat in the cafe tempted by the beverages before rewatching the same video linked to us during the online booking. A minor grumble after an exhausting great time.

Everything about this new family run leisure complex is fantastic. Staff are very professional. Booking online is very easy and efficient and saves wasting lots of time like we would if we had to book on arrival, filling the waivers on etc. The staff are willing to help anyone who are computer illiterate and do need to book on arrival but it's very simple to do and baffles me how people rant about how difficult it is to book a session. The reason for the online booking is 'obviously' for insurance purpose and confirms where the responsibility lies if their was to be an accident. As for people saying it's a 'rip of', where else would you get this kind of exciting action from for €7.50?? People need to get out with their kids more & realise the price of kids attractions. If it's being compared to astra-hell, then yes I suppose for those selected type of people, it is a rip off!!

We organised a 6th birthday party recently. Thaught it was quite expensive for what you get in return. Once inside I was concerned that other adults not from our party were bouncing in the same area thatwe were given to use. One gentlemen in particular looked to be over 20 stones. I dread think what would have happened if he'd have landed on one of the children.

Fantastic fun for an hour, £7.50 per adult for an hour (at time of posting, less for kids) is really not bad for what you get, you'd pay that for an hour in a gym and I'd rather do this any day of the week
