D. S.It may be small but that's never a bad thing!
I've been a member at Juvenate Edinburgh for 8 years and can say that it is quite simply the best gym in Edinburgh pound for pound (and I have been a member of many great and some not so great gyms in my time).
Whether you want to pop in your earphones and enjoy a hard workout in the gym by yourself or prefer to go to one of the many classes and meet many new friends, at Juvenate gym you can do both. The staff are always welcoming and ready to give you that encouragement you need to meet your own personal goals (even if it doesn't feel like it at the time 😃).
Top that off with an excellent pool and piping hot sauna and steam room and you will always leave feeling magnificent.
I've also met some wonderful people in the time I've been a member, many of whom are now close friends. We have also been know to use the hotels bar and restaurant for a post-workout blether/catch-up (Work Hard, Play Harder). 🤣

The opening early in the mornings to go swimming is what really appealed to me.
Now I need to stick to it and I'm sure with the added support from staff this maybe achievable

E.Lovely big sauna and steam room which are usually pretty hot. A shower with adjustable temperature is right next to the saunas. You can relax in a small pool with the deepest end at 1.5m or in a quiet area with lounges. Overall it's fairly clean and a good place to relax after work. Sometimes it can get a bit busy in the afternoon or when the kids' swimming classes are on.

S. W.Awesome Place. Diverse range of classes. All the latest equipment in the gym. A nice pool with sauna and steam room to relax in after work out. Staff are all friendly and you can get a fitness programmes tailored for you inthe gym. I definitely recommend this to folks to come get the Capitol Fitness experience first hand. :)
