Ally has a lot of knowledge about strength and conditioning and how to tailor training to suit specific needs and goals, including working around injuries. Scheduling has been very straightforward and flexible around shift work. I've been working with Ally for about 6 months and can feel the strength difference to when I started. Would highly recommend to anyone in a combat sport or anyone looking to build strength and mobility.

I've been training with Ally for over a year now. It's been a very enjoyable experience, and a productive one. He know his stuff: strength training, nutrition, and of course Muay Thai. The Muay Thai is fantastic for getting stronger and leaner, without endless boring reps on machines. And Ally himself is always cheery and encouraging.
