Crossfit has done wonders for me. I am in my mid 50s and have been going 3x a week for the past month. I love the atmosphere and encourage. I am not super fit but that doesn't matter. Everybody is welcome to achieve their own goals. My fitness in 1 month has improved so much. Thank you all.
