I started with Chan just over a year ago and my experience has been great. Before I started with him, I was clueless and just stayed where I felt most comfortable (which was usually a treadmill). But Chan has improved my knowledge and confidence with gym machinery so I am now able to expand my workout. He encourages and motivates with positive reinforcement which I feel is unique and very helpful. He is also always happy and up for a chat which is an added bonus! I would thoroughly recommend Chan as a PT.

I started with Chan from this late April. I have been trained by myself to lose weight for a long time but no progress in recent 4 months. With Chan,I started doing some weight training to gain muscle and lean my body. I can lift more weight and lose 3kg which most fat. my cloth size smaller. I got enough food I need and don't have to do low calorie diet anymore!

Chan was an amazing trainer! He helped me drop over a dress size in 12 weeks before a wedding and I couldn’t thank him enough for his friendly and personable approach to training! Made me fall in love with the gym while I was there and also trained me in areas I was not confident before - such as dead lifts! Reached my personal best with him and could not recommend more!

I started with Chan in January 2019 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started by going to his PT session once a week and 6 in a month. Chan is extremely supportive while pushing you to be your best. Always left with a smile and laughed a lot during my sessions ! I’d recommend Chan to anyone looking for a PT.

I met with Chan end of January start of February 2016, to help me achieve a New Year resolution - to complete a 10k charity run. My fitness had really slipped up to that point- I couldn’t even run for a bus, never mind a 10K however with Chan’s help and encouragement I was hitting and even beating my BP times on the treadmill.
End of March the date for the 10K, I managed to complete my first ever 10k run (not walking, run!) in just over an 1hour. This was a massive achievement for me, from being breathless taking the stairs to running laps round the park I was overjoyed. All thanks to Chan and his motivational ways!
Following on from the work out sessions I had with Chan, I could quickly see my body changing, I asked Chan if he could continue to work with me in preparation for my Wedding scheduled September 2016. From the end of May until the end of August, I went from 1 session a week to 2/3 sessions a week, supported by the additional advice on workouts to do complete in and out with gym.
If you were having a bad day, it would quickly turn around as Chan is always encouraging and pushing you to achieve your best.. and it worked!! I went from 11st 8lb to 10st 1lb in about 12 weeks, dropping from a size 10 to a healthy size 6/8- I was absolutely over the moon I was in the best shape I had been for a while and for the first time felt so confident and comfortable within myself. This was evident to everyone and especially my parents – Chan even got a special mention in my dad’s Father of the Bride speech .
I continued working with Chan after my wedding and when I fell pregnant with my little girl in 2017. Chan was able to tailor the workouts so that they were safe for me to do. I continued working out with Chan regularly until I was 7.5-8months pregnant. I was so glad I continued working out so far into my pregnancy (in a safe and healthy manner) it really aided in post part recovery!

Have recently started training with Chan & highly recommend him! I was initially nervous about starting personal training as I didn’t have much gym/fitness experience however that was soon forgotten when I started training with Chan, he made me feel so at ease and tailored a strength plan to my level.
