Club 300 is by far the best gym I've been a member of. I did the Body Confidence Project in January 2022 and joined just after. The classes are great, kept small and lots of variety! I come on Saturday and Sunday mornings and look forward to going all week. Previous to joining Club 300 I never felt motivated enough to go the gym at the weekend. The staff, Scott, Lucy, Alice & Phil are lovely and very supportive. They know your limits and also know when you could push yourself! I would 100% recommend Club 300 to anyone!

My wife was already a member when she asked me to come and try out the gym for a 30 day trial in November last year. I found the staff and regulars to be friendly and very welcoming and never at any stage made me feel out of place, or not worthy of coming. I decided to become a member of the small group training in January 2022 and since becoming a regular at the gym I have seen a transformation in results with regard to my own physique and mental application. I have found every session enjoyable as well as a challenge, and all the trainers are so supportive in your personal development. I would highly encourage anyone who has not tried Club 300 for at least a month to give it a real go and make up their own mind as I did when I was in limbo with my exercise regime.

Best gym I've ever joined. The class schedule is ideal and varied, the equipment in the gym is excellent and the staff couldn't be more friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you're looking to avoid the overcrowded and uncomfortable budget gym environment like I was then Club 300 is the place to go. In my 5 months of membership I've seen the best results I've achieved in years.

Club 300 has a fantastic airy space , fully equipped with the latest technology and equipment. Absolutely love training here. Club 300 is such a nice place to go to daily to get healthy and fit. I’ve joined many gyms over the years . I like the fact that no one’s judging you and the staff Scott and Lucy are so welcoming , friendly and professional . They just make you feel comfortable . Club 300 is the perfect gym for all! The young, old, fit, unfit.. everyone is welcome. I’ve made some lovely friends from the small group classes through to small group personal training sessions as well as the amazing coaches. The coaches are patient, clear and always there to answer any questions or just listen to the mundanities of your day. Couldn’t recommend Club300 enough, I actually feel sorry for people at other gyms.. ♥️

If you are looking for a friendly and supportive community then join Club 300 Glasgow South. The coaches are all really encouraging and patient and they can modify the exercises to suit all levels. Great gym with great instructors and equipment. I’ve had a very positive experience so far. I love the small group training classes and due to keeping the numbers small, you really feel that the instructors are able to give you lots of input on technique etc. The instructors are all very friendly and welcoming and really make you feel at ease.

Club 300 is the best gym I’ve been a member of! The atmosphere is great and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My 1:1 sessions with Scott are well tailored out to what I want to work on and to get the results I’m looking for… most definitely feel like I’ve worked after them too!! The way the classes are run is amazing; you’re not just getting lost in the crowd somewhere and if you require the support it’s most definitely there for you. Would recommend this gym to anyone!

A great gym. Everybody is made to feel welcome. The classes are great. Small enough for instructors to treat you like an individual, helping you progress and guide you on technique; and friendly enough for the members to get to know each other. I've also been given loads of tips on technique and have become much stronger just through these classes. My previous aches and pains rarely occur now that I'm working out with better technique and support. A huge thanks and acknowledgement to the fantastic instructors Scott, Lucy & Alice who are able to cater to a range of abilities within each class ensuring everyone gets a great workout.

This Gym gives you the personal touch that is not always the case in other Gyms. They encourage you to make your goals come true. All members of staff are an absolute delight to work with. ( please stay with Club 300 you know who you are.) Under careful tutelage I have exceeded what my expectations were for myself,and I feel stronger fitter and in truth a few Years younger. Club300 is an amazing gym! The equipment is brilliant and because it’s smaller you never have to wait to use something. The best part about the gym is the trainers! Scott, Alice and Lucy aren’t just knowledgeable they are also such nice people. The atmosphere in the gym is great, so welcoming and it’s such a great wee community there. I would highly recommend this gym, not just for the equipment and classes but the people. I also can’t forget the mascot Freya, who also brought some welcomed distraction during a workout or class!

I’ve been a member of the gym for almost a year. As a woman the wrong side of 50, weight gain and anxiety due to menopause , the gym has been a a life saver for me. PT sessions with Lucy have been excellent and have helped enormously with my anxiety. I feel so much stronger and fitter. I’ve started the strength class. This would normally be way out of my comfort zone, but I have not felt intimidated. The class is limited to about 10 people, a wide range of ages and abilities and being such a small group the training almost feels 121. Overall my experience at the gym has been extremely positive and I would highly recommend for any age group.

Having found previous gyms a bit intimidating and overwhelming, Club300 is the total opposite. It’s incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff could not be any more helpful or supportive, you’ll always get a smile and a chat. Scott has listened to my goals and struggles to guide me in the direction of achievable progress. Equipment is great and there’s always plenty available, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now!

The gym has great facilities and a really varied class timetable..... suitable for those that have been have been lifting for years or are learning the basics. The best thing though has been the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Starting a new gym is always a bit daunting but the coaching team really have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome, to encourage me and to challenge me too. Joining Club 300 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for years - mainly because my previous experience with gyms usually ended with getting lost or overwhelmed trying to manage my own workouts. The experience at Club 300 has been the complete opposite, and - I can’t believe I’m actually writing this - but I now *enjoy* going to the gym?! The magic 100% comes from the team at the gym, and their amazing person centred approach to fitness. Scott, Lucy, Dean and Alice are fantastic. Super friendly, approachable and just plain talented at what they do. Their wide mix of classes running all times of the day are brilliant. I’m so grateful for the time they took with me as a complete beginner (with the world’s worst hand-eye coordination…) to make me feel so much more confident with what I’m doing. I also have to give a special shout out to Lucy, who has managed to get me from a literal blob who could only hack half a HIIT class (and couldn’t walk for five days after) to powering through five classes a week in just under 10 weeks. She also gives the *best* recommendations for rum mixers.

Club 300 has become a very big part of my life for the past almost 6 months. I have always tried to be active but I have never had the confidence when I’ve been a member of gyms previously. Club 300 (and specifically my sessions with Lucy) has completely changed the way I see exercise and fitness and allowed me to embrace a much healthier relationship with exercise and physical well-being. The gym is so welcoming to all levels of fitness and inclusive across the board. With a maximum of 10 being in classes, you are guaranteed to get help with anything you don’t feel comfortable with or just need an extra helping hand or supportive pep talk from coaches who are there to support you in whatever goals you may have (no matter how little or large)! The equipment and classes are second to none and the gym just takes such a fresh approach to exercise and fitness, which never has come across as daunting or intimidating! Special shout out to my sessions with Lucy that have been amazing - always a guaranteed fantastic workout with such an amazing supportive coach, who has carried me through any nervousness or self doubt I have in my approach to the gym and specific exercises as well as just always being a welcomed smile (and a guaranteed great laugh) either after a long day or first thing in the morning for a 6.15am HIIT class. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a supportive network (not only in the coaches but also in the other people coming to classes and the gym) - you will not regret the welcome changes it will have to your mindset, well-being and your life as well as the friends it will bring you!

A top class gym that provides a great service for all ranges of abilities with friendly and helpful staff that are always available for assistance or even just a chat. No matter what time of day you won’t have to stand about and wait on equipment which makes the Club 300 experience far superior to other standard gyms. A great decision to join!

What an amazing gym! Clean, friendly and fully equipped with all the equipment you could need! There is such a relaxed friendly atmosphere, I don’t feel remotely intimidated like I have in some other gyms when I’ve been in the free weights area. The staff are fun and really know their stuff and are always happy to help you or answer questions. The kit is great and there are loads of options depending on the kind of training you like. On top of that you can get protein bars, shakes and food prep if you’re fitting training into a busy lifestyle. Love this gym and can’t rate it highly enough.

Blown away by this new gym. Easy to find with good parking on site and nearby. The gym is fresh and bright with excellent range of equipment (over two levels) to suit everyone regardless of experience. Great shower facilities with added bonus of a gorgeous pamper room which will make getting ready for work after a workout so much more pleasant! Made to feel welcome by Scott and his fantastic team who are on hand to help, guide and support your fitness goals. Their booking in system means that the gym won’t be over busy and I can get easy access to all the equipment every time. Already has an amazing atmosphere and a great community feel. If you are not convinced yet - you need to give it a go to meet Freya, the gorgeous Club 300 mascot - the most photographed dog on the plant! Would highly recommend Club 300 Glasgow South!

I am a happy and healthy 70 year member since Club300 started. Thanks to the amazing team Scott, Lucy and Alice and members in the classes, I am motivated to continue going three times a week. The workouts are sometimes tough. But also fun and doable. I am looking forward to our first Christmas Night Party in Ollie’s. Come and check Club300 yourself.

All of the trainers have been really helpful, approachable and supportive of the journey so far. The members have all been very pleasant also so it is a nice environment to be in. The equipment is brand new and there’s plenty of it between both floors. Also, the classes have been great as it is limited to 10 per class so it is nearly as good as PT. What a fantastic gym! This gym does not disappoint. There is a wide range of equipment and weights to use. The PTs are very friendly and helpful! The classes are challenging and enjoyable. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Scott is very professional and has a great friendly manner. His PT sessions and programme are well thought out and you really feel like you’ve worked out afterwards.

Amazing Gym, always a free squat rack regardless of the time of day. The classes are amazing and the trainers always support you and educate you to be able to do more than you thought you were capable of. Couldn't rate this place highly enough

This is the first time I’ve gone to the gym for my mental health first and foremost; not with the sole mindset to loose weight and ‘get skinny’. It’s been a bloomin hard shift to make but I’ve been really focused on getting stronger and building confidence within myself, shaking off any anxieties as I go and any change to my weight and/or body shape is a total bonus. After the lockdown the encouraging ways of the gym was exactly what I needed and as my confidence has grown and the staff have gotten to know me, they know exactly how to push me. Every member of staff has something different to offer but they ALL put your and your individual goals first. They genuinely care and want to see you get to that goalpost, stretch yourself, enjoy it and be the best version of you. I really look forward to my sessions - everyone who goes is lovely and so far, nobody has complained that I do a little boogy or sing along to the music now and then. Other members are friendly and encouraging and I find myself absolutely buzzing for someone who has smashed it that day.
