I joined CrossFit Paisley after lockdown this year and am so happy that I did. I was a complete beginner, but have learned so much already. The coaches are excellent, the equipment is first class and everyone is really welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Joined here after an awful experience at another gym in paisley, and what a great we gem! Staff are beyond friendly and helpful, equipment is great, good selection of classes, and made to feel like we belong!

Great gym with lots of equipment to suit a wide variety of training demands. Lots of free weights, machines and functional equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's always someone to help you. A wide range of services on offer with PT packages, classes and even meal prep service. Membership prices and competitive if not cheaper than major gym chains. The place even has a vending machine with protein powders, shakes and protein bars if you forgot your post-workout drink. Showers, changing rooms and lockers for your stuff (bring £1 with you to use them). Last time I checked the opening times listed on Google were a bit wrong, so here goes Mon, Wed and Fri 6am-9pm, Tue, Thu 7am-9pm. Sat and Sun 9am-5pm

Fantastic gym. Massive with loads of excellent machines to take your pick from as well as a great weight training area. The staff are great and will tailor a work out for your own specific needs whether it be to lose weight, tone up, bulk up, training for 10k or marathon..they have it covered with some good banter to boot! The staff also do their own personal training in a dedicated room. Shower facilities are available and the gym also sells a good variety of training supplements. Highly recommended!

Fantastic gym with excellent coaches! I joined CFP this year at the end of lockdown , best decision I've made. The team are so welcoming and their members too! top of the range equipment and top of the range coaches.

Been going to this gym now for a couple of weeks 3 times a week and it's great, really handy from my workplace too. There's a fantastic selection of equipment to use which covers all types of exercise. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very happy to answer questions and give guidance, I've been given an exercise plan tailored to my targets which is great as before I didn't have a routine and it felt a bit aimless. There's much more of a personal touch here compared to the big corporate type gyms. Recommended.

I've started doing the Shred 90 plan and on week 12 now, have really enjoyed the online motivation, healthy recipe ideas and workout plans A-D and noticed a real difference in my fitness levels and overall health! The gym itself is spacious, fresh and clean with great machinery and really helpful staff! Would recommend it to everyone!

The best gym in Glasgow. Been a member of three other gyms in the Glasgow and Paisley area, and this is the first one the staff actually speak to you. Graham's personal training is excellent - my fitness levels have dramatically increased. The gym is clean, friendly and has all the equipment you need. Love it!

This gym doesn’t claim to be the biggest and best, and that’s why it’s so great! It’s a gym for everybody! No posers, good classes, great equipment! A proper gym! Staff are great and always willing to help out! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Definitely the best gym in the area. Ive tried out all the local ones and Origins is by far the best. The trainers know their stuff and do good workouts, not just generic stuff like a lot of places. Good facilities aswell makes it ideal before work.
