p. s.The best gym I have come across! There is no looking back after you've been to Glasgow Fitness Gym! It is such a comfortable and clean environment with great equipment. You get more than just a standard gym as it offers your usual gym equipment as well as boxing, martial arts, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna AND a massage therapy room!
The gym is almost like a community as everyone is so friendly! Members I have come across in the gym have said they have been coming for years and it feels like a second home to them.

R.I have been to many gyms in greater Glasgow, I have found that no other gym can touch the facilities, the coaches, the gym staff, the morale and the amazing welcoming feeling you get when you walk through the door! It's like a big family! Excellent value for your money! It's so much more than a gym! I have been a member for 5 years now and couldn't imagine ever training or fighting elsewhere! 😊 My daughter loves it too! 5 stars from me!!

R. K.This is a great gym for women to train at. The classes are inclusive, challenging and empowering. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive but you can also have your own space in the gym. If you want to progress your fitness in any way, this is the place for you. Great range of equipment to suit members needs and they listen to feedback about class timetables etc. Staff know their stuff, no gimmicks or false claims, just straight up guidance and support

Great place to get fit, compete or just to learn self defense. High level coaches with vast experience in the fitness indistry. Great equipment and would definitely recommend this gym if your looking for results!

'Poor vending machines', 'lack of 10kg dumbells' etc etc - all these comments that I've seen typify folk who don't know what a gym is for. Since I've joined this place, I've been involved in classes and one to one sessions which have yielded results - 10 kgs in as many weeks. This place isn't for the faint hearted but offers the opportunity to achieve goals and do what you should at a gym - become more fit! 5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend!

M.Outstanding gym , extremely helpful and nice staff and you can make good friends with them easily, Modern and spotless weight machines, deluxe and extremely comfortable sauna steam room and jacuzzi , with my experience with different martial arts gyms I’d say this gym is the best in Scotland hands down with classes such as boxing , Muay Thai , kids combat , kids boxing , boxfit , taekwando , and MMA classes and the class teachers are extremely helpful and professional at martial arts and teaching it, honestly I have traveled all round Scotland and been to different gyms but with my 7 month experience with this gym I would say it is one of if not the greatest gym in Scotland!.

M. 1.Great gym love going here the staff are very friendly and always happy to help with your goals . I left for a period to try pure gym and other gyms in the area and nothing had the same standard well worth the time and money.

B. M.Best gym I have ever been a member of. Amazing range of equipment from free weights, to machines, cardio equipment and my favourite is the functional fitness room. The classes are the best value for money. For Boxing and Thai boxing, this is the place to be. The coaching you receive is top class. All the coaches are experienced fighters and know first hand what they are talking about.
On top of the amazing classes and equipment is a sauna, steam room and hot tub. Your not just a member here….you are family!

J. O.I've been a member of all the major gyms in the Southside over the years but this is by far the best club. Great classes, instructors and members. Particularly good if you have kids and want to get them into Boxing or Muay Thai
