Classes are always fun, challenging and varied. No matter what level you’re at, Kyle will adapt exercises to match your skill level. His passion for Crossfit really comes across in his classes and his knowledge is second to none! One of the big parts of Crossfit is community, and you’ll definitely feel part of one here. Couldn’t recommend Good Crossfit enough!

Fantastic new crossfit gym in East Kilbride. For someone who is new to Crossfit (like me), it is perfect as the small class sizes mean pretty much 1on1 coaching. Great gym with all the equipment you could need. Highly recommend!

I've joined Good Crossfit recently and I must say, unequivocally, it was the best decision I have ever made. From the very beginning it is clear that coaches are genuinely interested in your needs and goals as well as any limitations you may have (personally I have some problems with my joints). I admire that Kyle actually takes note of your progress so that you don't have to guess how far along you are. Most importantly, however, in Good Crossfit you really, genuinely feel like you are a member of a community. Everyone is working together. Truly together. There is camaraderie like nowhere else. The classes are capped at a lower number, which is also amazing as it allows coaches to really help and pay attention to every single person in the class and offer every single one of us advice on how to improve particular movement, what weight to use etc. Coaches at Good Crossfit created a truly special place that is at a forefront of how crossfit gyms are run.

This is a fantastic crossfit gym, i haven't been so motivated towards my fitness in a long time. This is all down to Kyle's approach - he's passionate and enthusiastic about what he does and so knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Good Crossfit for all abilities!

Kyle (the owner) was my crossfit coach for 3 years, I have seen first hand how he personally invests in all his clients adapting everything so that everyone from elite level athletes to day 1 beginners have fun during his classes, along with getting a great workout. He has spent considerable time with me, ensuring I did everything to the correct standards as to not get injured and positively progress over time. Before and after classes kyle takes time speaking to clients about life outside of the gym building friendships, which makes every class feel like your turning up to see your buddy (and in reality you are, as Kyle is as excited to see you, as you him). In the last year I have used Kyle's nutrition coaching, from day one he has provided me knowledge and support explaining every diet change so I know the reason as to why we make each change. When I started using Kyle's nutrition services I wanted to loose weight, Kyle jumped onboard with that goal but also dedicated himself to educating me on nutrition and making long lasting changes that would benefit my long term health, body composition and training abilities. Good crossfit has state of the art equipment, is very well laid out and ideal for every workout. It has a nice chill out area with a sofa and seats to be used before and after classes to socialise with people who attend the same class as you. I honestly can't rate good crossfit, or Kyle highly enough and I hope this review is enough to get you to pop in and say hello, as it was the best decision I've ever made.

A great CrossFit gym with smart, effective & exciting coaching from Kyle! The small group training means that you get a lot of 1 on 1 coach time where you can learn and perform new movements/lifts confidently. Kyle really has created a great environment to train in, everyone is very friendly and I always leave feeling more positive!

It's a fun place to train the instructors are very knowledgeable and make the class fun . Great sense of community when you train and no one judges you they encourage you to be the best version of you. Highly recommend good crossfit .
