I'm so glad I found Sarah and Grace Health & Fitness online during Covid lockdown. Various classes and membership options. There is always something to suit my lifestyle. I always feel so much more confident within myself, stronger and a few inches taller after each class. Such a friendly atmosphere and a great way to share your experiences with others.
I would recommend anyone to give this studio a try you won't be disappointed!

I’m so glad to be back at Sarah’s Pilates class after having another baby. Her classes have been excellent in the past at restoring post natal muscles and helping me take control of my body. The classes are friendly and supportive and a help to wellbeing. Sarah has turned me from someone who doesn’t exercise into someone who loves it. The online content and community is excellent too. With Grace Health and Fitness you don’t just get a Pilates class, but a whole lot of support too.

I have tried various exercise classes/gyms over the years and this is the first time I’ve found the range of classes that I love. Sarah is absolutely lovely, makes you feel so welcome and her style of teaching has a nice way of pushing you a wee bit further 😊
If you are not quite into the gym, want some cardio exercise in small group with weights and to build core strength with Pilates then this is for you - try it!

Honestly can't believe I have never tried Sarah's classes before now. Such a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge on fitness and the body.
Amazing classes and really comfortable gym. We are lucky to have such a nice place on our doorstep. The range of classes is fantastic and location is fab. Plenty or parking and right beside the train station.

Sarah is very friendly and makes everyone feel at ease in the class. She explains and demonstrates well how to perform each position and gives individual tips on how to improve. Her new premises is easy to get to an is very clean and modern.

Sarah's Pilates classes are different and varied every week. She clearly and patiently instructs us on each exercise and breathing technique. Pilates has lengthened and stretched all my major muscle groups in a balanced fashion. I feel that my flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness have gradually improved over the months that I have been participating in her classes.
Sarah has an holistic approach and so she aims to provide support for her clients' emotional, social and spiritual well being as well.
