A. B.My 8 year old son has been training in the kids class for a year now and he loves it. The coaches are great, keep him motivated and he looks forward to it every week, which is amazing as kids usually get bored but he never does. He's being trained by some of the best and even does 1 on 1 PT on the side. Definitely check them out!
S. D.Great gym , classes are mixed, from complete beginers and up , all coaches are friendly, and very helpful. A very positive environment, with great people. would highly recommend . "Pay as you go" was a bonus!
