I honestly can't recommend PK Fitness enough. Peter and Paul are fantastic at what they do - not only are they supportive in helping you to meet your goals, but they're also working hard on their own too! If you want to start training in a non-judgemental, fun atmosphere then give their 7 day trial a go. I lost weight, gained confidence and am so much happier for putting time in at the gym with these guys. Flexible training times and really small groups mean that you essentially get a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. Cheers guys, again!!

Cannot recommend Paul and peter enough!! I have been going to their training classes for a few months now and every aspect of my fitness has emproved majorly. They have helped me in so many ways and towards achieving my goals. Every training session is fun, well planned and thought out. Anyone looking to loose weight or get a bit fitter definitely give these guys a shout!

Paul and Peter provide a fantastic, professional PT service. They discuss your goals and work at a pace that suits you. They're supportive but push you to meet your goals. They've completely changed my attitude to exercise and nutrition and I'm feeling stronger and fitter all the time. As an exercise novice they make it undaunting for all shapes and sizes and levels of fitness. I would highly recommend them, they know their stuff!

I have been attending Peter and Paul's early morning training class which is a great idea if like me coming home after work the last thing you want to contemplate is doing exercises least this way you have already done it before your day even starts.
Every class is different so you never know what you are going into. This is good as it never gets boring and every class is affective.
Both Peter and Paul are easy going, down to earth and approachable. There is no judgement made by anyone at these classes it's a friendly environment in which you can work at your own pace.
I would definitely recommend Peter and Paul to my friends if they were thinking about getting into fitness or wanting to tone up and lose a few pounds.

I cannot rave about the small group traiing sessions enough. I have discovered a strength i never had and also realised the importance of weight traning to aide weight loss. The flexibility of the work out schedule is great - yes, it's hard work but with Peter and Paul's guidance it is possible!

I joined PK Fitness bootcamp sessions at the end of March 2017, over a year later I now attend the small group training sessions. This is the longest I have ever stuck to any sort of training and nutritional plan, I usually lose all will power and go back to old habits. However training with Paul and Peter keeps you motivated to stick to your training sessions as each one is completely different and pushes your limits. No food is out of bounds either as long as you track everything. I am now just over 4 stone lighter than when I started and lost 4 dress sizes in the process. I am now probably the fittest and smallest I remember being. I even completed the Glasgow 10k with Paul and Peters motivation which is something I never thought I would do. I look forward to see what else I can achieve with them in the future.

Since working with Paul & Peter I have lost over a stone and multiple inches. I'm also getting stronger and fitter as well as toning up. They are great at providing structured workouts but also adding in some fun too.
The private FB support group is great to be a part of too, there's so many other clients of Paul & Peter's that all chip in and help support each other.

Small group training is fantastic - session are tough, but great fun. Paul and Peter really know their stuff and push you to achieve your goals. I have found a stronger, fitter me and have lost multiple inches everywhere! Definitely recommend :)

Just completed Paul and Peter's 90 day programme and feel fab!! Mostly done cardio all my life so it's been great learning how much weights can change your body!! They make sure it is tough but fun at the same time. Just signed up for another 90 days, would definitely recommend PK Fitness!!

Could not recommend PK Fitness enough. Was always too paranoid to go to gym classes/personal trainers before over fear of judgement of your fitness levels. This just does NOT happen here. Your made to feel completely comfortable and given exercises that obviously do push you and improve your fitness. I'm in my 3rd month and can recognise a massive improvement in my fitness. Definitely give them a try if you want to improve your fitness/lose weight and have a bit of banter whilst you do it 💪

Glad to join them this summer , Peter and Paul gave good recipes and nutrition guide to help me. PK Fitness is the best group for achieve a body change and improve the mental and body strength. they work with small groups of people which means basically that the session is kind of personalized making you feel secure in every tipe of workout.
