c. c.A bit on the small side for a pure gym. Carioca section is good sized and plenty of machines.
Weight section lacks a bit in size and layout is a bit odd in the weights section.
Serves its purpose though
B. J. M.Adequate at best, routine maintenance is a letdown, seems there's action only after one of their 'surveys', so any routine checks are clearly a skim at very best. Cleanliness has improved, but not by much.
R. M.Decent Gym . Can be a tad busy but has everything you need for a good workout. Parking can be an issue if you go at peak times.

J. M.Great Gym with great variety of equipment. Only negative for me was the amount of members working out. 'a lot'. Given Covid warnings, most people had no mask which I understand during exercise but how is the air managed to extract airborne particles?
Anyway, I enjoyed my workout. My recommendation would be to see more instructors going around advising workout on techniques and generally creating a friendly vibe.
A sauna and steam room would be great for post workout relaxing.

S.Much better than the council gyms. Joined about 2 weeks ago, I find the Gym to be very clean with stuff to clean the equipment always stocked up and available. Haven't spoke to any of the staff as I have had no need to, but they seem pleasant and approachable if needed.
I have seen a few reviews of Puregym saying they can't connect to the free wi-fi, it's probably down to the login page not loading when you open your web-browser, if this happens just download a different browser such as FireFox and this should fix it.

t. g.You need to consider Puregym if you're considering joining a gym. The monthly memberships are a steal! More importantly the gyms themselves are well equipped.
Avoid peak times and you'll get a great work out
