Love the fact I can come and train cardio, weights and boxing at RS Fitness. Ricky is a fantastic coach who gets the best out of me and ensures all the sessions are varied and fun. Always look forward to it and feeling both mentally physically fitter as a result. Thank you 😃

Brilliant personal training gym! I joined over two years ago and have found the classes to be varied and enjoyable. Ricky is always on hand to provide guidance and encouragement and the small class sizes mean it is a friendly and supportive environment to train in. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect gym to join if you want to get fit but have no idea where to start. Good equipment and facilities and a friendly and unintimidating environment. Group PT sessions are challenging but fun and you can go at your own pace.

I have tried the diets, the just dance, the YouTube video and I never seem to get anywhere and stop doing it after a 2 week because I’m bored or there is just no reason to continue. A friend told me about RS Fitness Gym and I thought well, why not give it a go with the 30 day trial.
Well, my 30 days are done and my goodness I cannot be more happy with the results.
I have never liked exercise but the classes have so much variety that it keeps me going, don’t get me wrong, they are no walk in the park but I was pushed to go as hard as I could go not as hard as others can go.
What I never knew would happen was how I started to feel at the end of the second week. I feel good, my aches and pains are gone, waking up in the morning is easier and on a stressful day I can go to a class and forget my stress - I just feel better
I was given my own meal plan and being a little picky with food, Ricky talked me though replacements, I never feel hungry on the plan and I still get to eat nice food (even some chocolate and peanut butter 😃)
I am loosing weight, I feel better and my body is starting to change shape in ways I never knew would be possible.
I’m 40 this year and RS Fitness is helping me feel better than I have in years - GIVE IT A GO and you will see results
Could not recommend this higher - I have already signed up for my next month and am excited to see what I can achieve with Ricky’s help

Brilliant gym with amazing coaches that support with training and nutrition. Every milestone is congratulated not only by the staff but all other members too which is my favourite part of training with Ricky.
