S. D.I love the classes at studio fit, especially as I can easily fit them in around work/kids. The instructors are all super friendly and there's never any judgment regardless of ability. There's lots of options to choose from so you don't get stuck in the same boring routines. These are genuinely the first fitness classes that I've stuck at and I'm sad when I have to miss a session! Definitely recommend giving them a try 🙂

Not only do I feel better after a work out with endorphins buzzing, but the friendship and giggles have also been great! All the coaches motivate me to push myself and I love that I get to work out with such a range of different people! No one session is the same and that keeps my interest up too! So glad to have found this place!

It is such a fun work out and a wonderful experience with Annelize too, you are made to feel welcome from the very start. You only go to your own pace and ability - you are not pushed beyond your limits, although it is surprising how much you can do with the cords on! The whole atmosphere of studio fit is humbling and all of Annelize’s family are just wonderfully kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!
