A.Joined Elite back early last summer (2018) come in had a chat with Lyndsey, and signed up there and then. My goal has been to put on size and I have achieved that I still have a long way to go. They place where I'll get that is putting the work and effort in at Elite Performance. Staff always very friendly when walking through the door with big smiles. I've never been to a gym that feels so welcoming like a family really. The equipment is absolutely fantastic. Gym is always clean. Staff very approachable so any issues don't be afraid to have a chat with staff. Also in the gym everyone helps each other out.
If you just want to get fit or lift weights build muscle I would highly recommend you come down speak to the Elite Performance staff. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Great atmosphere to workout in, with people committed and focused on their workout rather than scrolling through Instagram which is commonplace at other gyms. Best gym I’ve been to over the years.

T. J. G.This gym is amazing! I'm a gym owner and visit a lot of gyms and this one is one of the top ones I've been to. Has great free weights and machines as well as functional kit and even though you get your hardcore bodybuilders you also get everyone inbetween and a good number of female atheletes. I'm actually visiting Hereford for the bank holiday this weekend based on this gym.

There is something here for every one , from the sublimely fit to those who want to get fitter. Help is at hand when unsure with a piece of equipment or even if you just want to chat about the different aspects of fitness. Great place to work out and make friends!!!
