J. A.This Gym is excellent in terms of equipments it provides. It's one of the biggest gym in this area. My initial impression about the gym is impressive. Other than less staff during night time, every thing seems fine. One I need to avail the SOS kept inside when the dressing room got locked where I got help in couple of minutes. Though the sauna I side is small, overall facilities looks good compared to other Gyms in this area.

The spin room is clean and amazing. Plenty of sanitised areas to clean your equipment down afterwards. Massive car park so you always get parked ok. I'm loving it.

Can be quite busy at peak times but as expected.

N. H.All new gear cheap and handy for me! £20 a month at the min! Go when you like 24/7 No contract! Cancel anytime! No joining fee at the moment! After Christmas might be another story🤷🏼♂️ Plenty of hand wash and paper towels to wipe machines down. Seems well ventilated through the air-con system! Massive car park to!

J. I.A very busy & spacious gym whatever time you go. Can't speak of the early hours though. Ladies changing facilities very poor in cleanliness. I have reported this to management & it still appears that there is not enough cleaning staff to meet the demands of this gym. I'll continue to use this gym only because of the convenience of it being close to where I live & I tend to use the lockers at the front entrance avoiding the ladies changing facilities as much as possible. This, in my opinion let's this gym down badly. Staff friendly & helpful, hence the three stars.

d. s.Everything is good except the shower room
A.Great classes and good equipment, nice instructors. And now a little bit of criticism: in the era of diseases and viruses they could invest in an automatic bin; or at least a leg-operated bin and yet in ladies toilet you have to open the bin with your hands. Plus they only have one soap dispenser around which there are always crowds of people, which cancels some of the safety measure that they put in place (like 'blocking' the middle sink; what's the point if people will crowd around 1 sink for the soap anyway?) Very annoying.

Bad points:
- Play awful chavy music, and if you want to listen to your own music, the gym Audio is so loud you can hear it over your headphones
- Repair of broken equipment can take a while
Recommend this gym, just invest in some good noise cancelling headphones so you don't have to listen to heinous dance remixs on the regular
L. R.I love this gym. The staff are brilliant and the classes were incredibly lead. If you have a fear of the gym, (which i did for ages!) I really recommend going here. Every aspect of the facility is inclusive and helps you gain confidence. Love it!

G. D.I love this gym. The staff are friendly and always there if you need advice..I love going to the classes especially Body Combat and Legs, Bums & Tums. I also enjoy being in the gym , the equipment is excellent. The gym also offers a separate area for you to work on your abs and core muscles as well!

m. 1.Good, clean, lots of equipment but EVERY DUMBBELL IS IN THE WRONG PLACE. I know it sounds stupid but half my time there is looking for the other 20kg dumbbell. I do wish the roidheads could count past 5
D. C.They have a large variety of equipment spread over two floors, including a sauna. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of car parking space too.
