Brilliant. Great place for a workout. Awesome owner who cares very deeply about his business. Beautiful facility. Loved the Spin Class! Can't wait to go back again!

It is such a lovely place to go and work out. The spin bikes are high standard and always clean. The instructors are friendly and always on hand if you need them. Highly recommend it to anyone of any exercising standard.

I’ve been attending these classes since the beginning and have always enjoyed the variety and different times available. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. During this difficult time, I feel comfortable with the Covid Safe System in place. I would highly recommend this fitness centre; give it a try! 👍
