B. 6.Friendly staff, clean equipment, parking ok mostly when other shops nearby are not too busy.
Good location.
Gym staff happy to help and advise and also happy to just let you do your own thing.
Overall would recommend.
T. F.The gym itself is good value for money, lots of parking available right out the front and not very busy in the mornings. Only bad experience I’ve had so far is one of the staff members can be quite rude.

Always very Clean up to stock the with newest equipment and weights lovely friendly staff/personal trainers and often quiet around midday
It does pack up in the evening and the Gym is pretty small overall but all the equipment you would need to get a great workout just does get busy.
Locker rooms are also quite small but again if you avoid the after work rush you will be ok
It's also next to Aldis and a CO-OP to get you bulk needs!
J. C.Great gym. Simple, easy and cheap. Lots of good equipment with the odd occasionional wait. Classes are great and offer good value. Staff ate very good, especially the manager Sam. Weekday mornings are good, unless your a peacock go later.
M. H.Nice staff and a decent crowd go here. Equipment is modern and well maintained, only down sides are the classes are on the main floor with crazy loud music along with the gyms normal music, the result is tinitus and no chance of hearing your own music. Swapping the spin bikes out to the main floor and sound proofing that room for lessons would make more sense. At the very least just play one lot of music. The yard seems a waste of space though it might just be dead when I go and usually busy? All in all though a fair price for a reasonable gym.
J. F.Really love this gym. This was the first time going to the gym for me so was a bit apprehensive but the staff made me feel very welcome. Really good atmosphere, just a great place to work out 👍

l. o.The gym itself great,however the thing for me is the lack of people cleaning down their machines after use.
Most evenings i watch mainly women,sorry, just walk away from their machine not cleaning, just because they're texting and not sweating they think it's ok.
I left there last Thursday, the next day i was in hospital with pneumonia/pleurisy,who knows where i caught it,but while things are where they are now,people have to start cleaning down their machines ,and use the towels provided, not your own one that you have been drying yourself with.
Sorry for the rant,but it's something I've been watching for months now.

Would have been nice to have longer opening times on Sunday but not a major issue.
Shame i have to move cross the country soon...
