D. G.Lovely, uncomplicated gym. Manned remotely. It's nice that it's not too busy when I go. Very clean, good ventilation and nearby. Win win!
M. C.Incredible place that's really close by. It's got all the machines you need for an everyday workout, and the fact that it's within distance and not driving distance is simply priceless.
If you're looking for a calm place to get fit or simply to get rid of stress, then I highly recommend this place if you're living in Kesgrave or close by.
