M. P.I wanted to leave a note to say that I have been at a lot of gyms throughout the years, and have NEVER felt more part of a family than at this gym. The dynamic between the current PT’s and the welcoming staff make me want to workout every day. Thank you Martlesham gym!

M. R.Friendly, good selection of classes, cool off in a great swimming pool. Squash courts,saunas large gym,spin studio. Restaurant and chill out area. I have been a member for 40yrs.
S. C.A good independent health club, that started as a squash club. The gym is well maintained, but not too large. The fitness staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the indoor swimming pool. The club offer annual and 3-month subscriptions. Good parking.
L. D.Been going to this gym for just over a month and it is the nicest gym I have ever been a member of. The gym facilities are great, and it is never too crowed. I usually go early in the morning and often only a couple of people in there! I have also tried a few different classes and they have all been fab. Especially enjoyed Boxfit with Ivan and Ab & Core Blast with Eve. Haven't tried the pool yet as not a great swimmer but it looks lovely. The club has a lovely atmosphere. Everybody is friendly and respectful of each other. My only criticism is sometimes there are problems with the showers being cold in the mornings, but I understand this is being looked into.

Cons: as much as I like the pool, it is a leisure pool. You cant exactly do laps or go for a proper workout in the pool which is a shame. It's the size of a spa pool, not a fitness pool.
T.This Lesuire centre is amazing! (why I have done a 5 star review) Gym allows people of 5 or over in, swimming pool is humongous and all of the things like the spa, Jacuzzi and steam room are great!

E. V.Martlesham heath is an amazing little liesdure centre. I contains 4 squahs courts, a great lounge area (with great cheap cafe food!), a large gym, a 12.5 metre swimming pool and stream room and sauna.
