We’ve found an absolute gem in this place, spotlessly clean inside and outside seating areas, super friendly staff, great menu with lots of choice. We often visit for lunch or a coffee and cake, very welcoming of our dogs too even selling doggie ice cream. Highly recommend, has a lovely atmosphere.

Wasn't too certain if to sit down and wait for service or go in to get service. I went in to purchase mine in the end, nothing was said about waiting for someone to come to your table but after purchasing my drink and food, they said they would bring it to our table, did notice people waiting at tables for someone to come round. Food and drink was nice but very expensive. People having breakfast, seemed to be enjoying it and was popular.

I've been coming to Studio Flex for 1 month now and would highly recommend. The studio is beautiful, clean and has a very LA feel to it, especially with the reformer machines. I've been attending the aerial yoga and reformer classes and they are fantastic, and such a workout! The staff and instructors are great, and I always end up in the café with my friend after a class and treat ourselves to a coffee, smoothie and avocado on sough dough. If you pop into Studio Two then check out the Varley and Lululemon clothes rail by the entrance :-) Would highly recommend joining for a little bit of luxury in your life. P.S I attended a reformer pilates class today, and James popped in before the class started asking if anyone wanted coffees or smoothies ready to go straight after the class - fab service :-)

Went to Cafe Flex which is part of the studio. This is a really good place for gluten free and vegan food options plus there's a great selection of coffees and milkshakes. There is a large car park and seating available outside as well as very comfy seats inside. Toilets are also available inside the cafe. We were very impressed with the quality of food and service.

Stumbled across the Cafe at StudioFlex early this afternoon. What an absolute gem! Poached eggs were expertly cooked and 'perfect'; freshly made sausage roll was exceeding tasty and delicious. Everything was meticulously clean, the food was beautifully presented and topped off with very friendly customer service. All-in-all, a very enjoyable experience. I will be back!

Just completed my first Flow Yoga class with Imelda. It was soooo delightful! Imeldas smile and gentle guidance through positions were super relaxing, and comforting for a weary Covid-anxious person like myself. Everything at Studio Flex is spotlessly clean, and calming! What more could you ask for?
