B. S.I've been at Suffolk Strength for over 2 years now and it's by far exceeded anything I thought I would get from a gym.
The coaches are brilliant, they keep you focused on your goals and are always there to give advice. Plus the members are all great, everyone is there for the same reason and the atmosphere is so supportive.
The changes in my health and fitness are amazing, but I'm most surprised with the change to my attitude - now I wouldn't miss going to the gym three times a week!
If you're looking to find a gym that you will genuinely enjoy and will keep you motivated give SSA a go!

I have been a member of commercial gyms before but found I would always get bored with my training and just end up skipping the gym all the time.
At suffolk Strength academy I am more motivated than ever, the coaches are great at pushing you harder than you would ever push yourself!
The other members are great and have been so welcoming. Social events are arranged with the members. We are all made to feel like valuable members of the academy.
I would recommend suffolk Strength academy to anyone, of any fitness level!

It is a gym that stands out for me it’s has 2 wonderful coaches that take their time with you which personally I need quite often ,small classes or group training available depending on what suits you and then there is the other members that welcome you every session with a smile it’s just amazing

I regularly attend 4 days a week which is due to the motivation of the coaches and the enjoyment of the session thanks Suffolk Strength for helping me continually achieve my goals! I've seen an improvement in my attitude, my mental health, and of course my physique and my fitness, and I'm certain it's affected all areas of my life for the better.

Ben and Oli, the PT's, are highly experienced, knowledgeable, fun and intuitive, and seem to know how to get the best out of each individual.
The gym members are like a big family, welcoming and supportive.

That combined with the atmosphere and the friendliness of the members makes it a unique gym in Ipswich. The only way to get it is to try SSA
G. H.Such a great place to train, Ben and Oli are there constantly watching and helping/guiding you in every move. After 2 sessions I had a life changing accident at work, 3 months later and Ben approached me and has guided me back to health, helping me regain strength and most importantly mobility again. He never let me jump ahead too quickly or over step my bodies limits whilst all the time just pushing me in the right direction hard enough. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
