I started doing Nina’s bootcamps in Meanwood Park about 10 years ago and 10 years on, I’m still addicted! The outdoor bootcamps are challenging, but Nina always manages to keep us motivated & laughing in all kinds of weather. Her Facebook Live sessions have kept my fitness levels up during the lockdowns.
Whether you're new to fitness or have a good level of fitness already, Nina has got it covered. I couldn't recommend her sessions more!

Nina provides an amazing service. Her bootcamp workouts are challenging without being overwhelming and there are variations for every level. The thing I love most is her energy and vitality which keeps you going when you want to give up! It definitely feels like you are part of a community which is very supportive and unpretentious.

“I started my journey with Nina last year. My aim was to exercise consistently and try and eat more healthily. I didn’t want to lose a lot of weight, just tone up.
All I can say is “Wow!”, if you stick to Nina’s formula and guidance the results speak for themselves. By exercising little and often, together with eating the right healthy choices, I noticed a difference within the first month.

Nina is a fantastic coach who makes getting fit really fun with loads of variety and motivation so you don’t get bored or notice how hard you are working. I used to go to her boot-camps in person which were fantastic, but going back to work full-time got in the way so I have loved being able to do them online.
Highly recommend to anyone who wants to start getting fit, needs someone knowledgeable to motivate them and hates getting bored in the gym.

I cannot recommend Busy Women Fitness highly enough. Nina is simply the best at what she does. She has energy, is incredibly knowledgeable, motivates you to always give that little bit more and keeps it new and fun all the time. I have been doing Nina’s bootcamp for about 10 years. I used to wear a Garmin watch and her sessions always gave me the optimum fitness improving rating. They are varied, tailored so that each person can work to their own fitness level. I love the boxing and weights which made a bit difference to toning. The on line sessions are also great and are really helping me stay fit, focussed and connected with a great bunch of like minded ladies from an ever widening community all over the world! 🙌🏻💪🏻

Cannot recommend These fitness programs enough! Nina is a very accomplished, experienced and fun instructor, providing a wide variety of classes. I signed up for the 30days to fit and only have 2 days to go. I have loved it, I feel fitter, happier and healthier. Nina is always at hand for any questions and checks in regularly to keep you motivated. I have been using Nina's programmes for a couple of months now. Having been a similar weight since I was 21 (upper end of normal weight) I put on 1.5 stone since turning 52 and nothing was shifting it. In the last 2 months I have lost nearly 1 stone eating fabulous food and doing 10-15 mins exercise a day. I have tried Joe Wicks in the past but have found this diet & exercise regime much more effective. You really feel like a person and Nina where possible puts individual encouraging notes on FB & also chats via FB live regularly. I've found these have really helped me remain invested in the programme & seeing the results I have has been fantastic! Thanks Nina x

I've almost completed the 7 day Mid-section Meltdown program which has been fantasic. It combines fitness with diet and the recipes are delicious. I've always been skeptical about following fitness videos online and how motivated I'd be to follow them but they've been brilliant. I've done the exercises in my garden every morning, in the lovely sunshine we've been enjoying. Having to post in the group when you've done the exercise and log each meal you eat helps to keep me on track and it's also useful to see what othes have eaten. Nina has been so helpful, answering my many questions, providing a vegan recipe book as I don't eat meat, posting videos of her making her own recipes. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if I was doing the squats correctly Nina did a live video demonstrating the correct way of doing them. This plan has been a godsend in lockdown and has motivated me to eat well and exercise regularly. I have more energy and feel fitter already. I intend to continue the plan after the 7 days and feel that that the diet has changed my way of eating for good.
