C. W.Always a great workout. The instructors are always on hand to help out and very understanding about any exercises you can't do. But give you something else to do instead. I always feel much better after every visit.
A. H.Super place. Friendly and helpful instructors and lots of friendly ladies to share a laugh with when doing the circuit. There is also a separate room where you can do five-minute blasts on arms or legs etc. or do a full workout.
