I have really enjoyed getting back into fitness after having my little boy and that’s all down to Steph she has made it such an easy comfortable transition back. She is always on hand to attend to your baby if they are unsettled so you can continue with your workout. I am thoroughly enjoying the classes 😍

Absolutely 100% recommend! Love it!!! Steph is fab and has a workout ready for all levels of fitness. The best thing is its completely laid back with the babies too! You even have time to feed/ change the little ones here, Can't wait to go back! :)

Highly recommend Steph, she is so friendly and welcoming and her classes are brilliant for post partum mums. Steph is really encouraging and gives different levels of difficulty for the exercises. It's great that you can take your baby along and the packages are really flexible with the sessions included and the length of time you have to use it.

I cannot recommend Steph highly enough!!! I started attending Mama and Me classes back in May this year (at 12 weeks postpartum) and personal training with Steph around 4 weeks later and I can honestly say I have never looked back. Steph is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and provides continual support and encouragement. I feel much more confident in my own body and fitness since training with Steph and have managed to lose all my “baby” weight and some more thanks to Steph’s help and guidance on my nutrition. I don’t feel I have to tell everyone that I meet that I’ve “just” had a baby anymore - I feel like my pre-pregnancy self once again!

I started with Mama & Me when my little boy was three months old, I wanted to get back into fitness and feel like myself again but was nervous about it and needed something flexible so I could take my son with me. Mama & Me came at the perfect time, Steph is so accommodating, you feel so comfortable and everything is adapted to where you are in your postpartum journey.
Then I went back to work and needed motivation again but this time for my wedding. I knew the perfect person. Steph is now my PT twice a week and I'm loving seeing my progress each week. I'm getting stronger and Steph is there every step of the way with both fitness and nutrition advice.
Thanks Steph, you're brilliant and I couldn't recommend you enough :)

Steph is amazing. I have done 1:1 pt sessions and the difference I have noticed in myself physically, mentally and emotionally.
The fact I can bring my son makes life so much easier for me and Steph is so kind and lovely with him.
Steph is all about making sure you find it challenging and enjoyable. For the first time in my life, I am actually enjoying exercise - all thanks to Steph and her sessions!

I have been working with Steph on a virtual programme for a few months now. She is extremely knowledgeable and really gave me the tools and confidence I needed to get back to exercise and start building good habits following the birth of my little girl. She is very communicative and supportive, regularly checking in and making changes to my programme when needed. I was really keen to find someone with the experience to support me specifically postpartum, but I think anyone could have success working with Steph!

I had 1:2:1 sessions with Steph, which were just incredible. Even more so being a mummy and having her come to the house with the equipment, it was so so helpful I’ve never come across anyone with such a helpful service. Her knowledge is incredible and her support was invaluable, I soon moved to an online training plan which was just as incredible too, the support she gave was brilliant and the training plan definitely did the trick because I lost the weight I was hoping to lose. I cannot reccommend Steph's PT highly enough. She completely understood how I wanted to work out, what I enjoyed and what I wanted to achieve. She also had a great understanding of the barriers I had on a practical level and with mindset. If you don't enjoy a PT standing over you cheerleading and shouting at you then she is perfect.
Her approach is much more supportive, practical and empathetic whilst still producing the results.
She gives you confidence, reassurance and shares her knowledge and experience.
This is the first plan I have ever stuck to and enjoyed!

I have really enjoyed the classes I’ve done so far, it makes it so much easier than trying to exercise with a baby at home or finding someone to watch them whilst you go to a gym! When my baby has been hard work Steph has been there to hold him and make him laugh so I can get on with the class! Thank you!!

Fantastic fitness lessons with a good range of difficulties depending on stage of pregnancy/postpartum. Steph is friendly and welcoming and it's great to be able to take baby along. Would highly recommend Steph's classes. I've also had personal training with Steph which was great. She is professional and reliable and I am very comfortable having her in my home.

Classes with Steph were exactly what I needed after giving birth to my second child. I was not feeling happy or comfortable in my body and Stephs classes helped to kick start my exercise plan and change in the way I feel.
The class can be made to suit you with amended versions if you are eg still recovering from ad separation.
It is such a welcoming class but one that you'll always leave sweaty.

A great way to get back into fitness after having a baby. Steph's class is challenging but fun, and I have definitely started to feel the benefit. The fact I can bring both my baby and toddler to the class and know I'm not disturbing anyone is great. It's also a fun way to meet other mothers as nothing bonds you together quite like moaning about how knackered you are!

I love Steph’s friendly and easy going fitness classes. Steph allows pre-schoolers as well as babies to come along so It’s great to be able to do something for myself without having to worry about additional child care.
Steph offers an easy or harder option of each exercise so the classes are for any ability and you can go at your own pace.

I started Steph’s classes in October 2020 when my little boy was 10 weeks old and even though we’ve not been face to face as much as both of us would have liked they are fantastic.
Steph has helped to keep me motivated through lockdown and her classes are great for people who are pregnant, postnatal of wanting to improve their fitness.

After having my third baby back in March and struggling with all 3 births of tummy separation and not knowing how to correct the problem, I found Steph through Google and booked a 12 week PT session with her. In all honesty it was the best thing I ever did, and I only wish I had found her earlier.
Steph is so detailed in her approach and instantly put me at ease and took away the nervousness and lack of confidence that I think most new mums experience about their bodies. Her support approach with buckets of encouragement was just amazing and absolutely gave me the confidence week on week with my programme.
From the bottom of my heart I can't thank Steph enough. I've been given the confidence that I can do this and after years of thinking this is how I look and to live with the tummy, you've made me see it isn't and I can do something about it! I feel so much stronger in body and mind and the difference in my body as wowed me!
I know I won't be a new mama when Steph is back, but I will absolutely be booking in again PT as I have thoroughly loved our session and found a love for excercise!

I’ve been doing mama and me fitness since the start of January all through lockdown online, I’ve found Steph really motivating with her live sessions and I’ve enjoyed the variety she brings. With doing her classes I hit pre pregnancy weight at 7 months post partum and now I can run 5km which I haven’t been able to do for a few years. I highly recommend these classes!

I joined Stephs classes 8 weeks after giving birth to my baby boy. Before even attending my first class, Steph was in touch giving advice about how to prepare for the first class and what exercises I should/shouldn't do. I was nervous taking a young baby to a class and whether I would be able to put him down long enough to do any exercise.
The classes are varied, working on core strength, upper body, cardio and legs. All exercises have variable levels so there is something for everyone. At the beginning I had a lot of stomach muscle separation so could only do the 'easiest' exercises. Steph explains all the variations well and encourages you to take the next step when ready.
I find the classes, both online and in person, very rewarding and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the classes to other mum's/mum's-to-be.

I love Steph's classes. They are great. Having the flexibility to work out when it suits me and the little one makes it doable.
I love the mix of workouts. Always something new so you don't get bored!
They've been great during lockdown too as you get to join her Facebook group so you feel less alone. Steph always offers more challenging or less challenging alternatives so there's no excuses for not getting it done!

The mama and me fitness classes have been such a pleasure during lockdown.
The classes got me up and moving, and were much more intense than I anticipated (in a good way!).
It has been lovely to meet other Mums and spend some time outside in the sunshine.
