I contacted Michael as I wanted a weights programme that I could do on my own. I had four sessions with Michael, where he showed me the correct technique and how to perform each exercise. I really enjoyed the sessions with him; he was friendly, positive, motivating, and encouraging. He got a lot more out of me than I thought I could do! I fully recommend him.
Michael helped me regain strength that I haven’t had for years. I am much fitter than I have been for a long time. This has been achieved through Michael targeting the right exercises and weights for my age and ability. No I’ll never be the next marathon winner or worlds strongest woman but I feel much healthier and happier than I did before I worked with Michael. Highly recommend.
I’ve been working with Michael for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He listened to my goals and worked with me to help me increase my strength and for the first time in my life I feel proud of my body! He’s just as excited as I am and that’s a great trait to have in a trainer! I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him!
So glad I started training with Michael, he's really motivating and helps you reach your goals in a way that fits your lifestyle. I've become so much stronger and gained a renewed love of the gym. Michael makes his sessions enjoyable and offers lots of support outside of the gym.
Been attending Michael's Boot Camp sessions for the last two summers and having a great time. Michael works hard to create a positive atmosphere where everyone can get involved and exercise to suit their level. Yet, at the same time, he's never afraid to push you, correct your form and make you go that step further. Would reccomend to anyone looking to add something different to their weekly fitness regime!
I went to one of Michael’s circuit classes at the weekend and really enjoyed it. Lots of different stations, lots of variation and I could feel I had had a good workout. He also helps you with any equipment/exercises to make sure you are doing them properly.
Michael is an incredible PT!
I began to take fitness more seriously this year to support my job as a musician and the physical challenges it brings during touring etc. From the first session, Michael really listened to what my goals were and tailors the session to fit my needs. He is super friendly and really puts you at ease during sessions. We always have a laugh and his love of music (specifically DnB) is a bonus. The sessions are super fun and I look forward to them every week! He ensures that exercises change regularly to challenge you physically and also to keep the sets fresh. We’ve also done some workouts in the park in the sunshine which was ace!
If you’re thinking of getting a PT, I can’t recommend Michael enough! So knowledgeable, friendly and an all round legend! ✌️
I absolutely love Michael’s bootcamps! He is a great motivator and makes the sessions fun. He also varies the format each week to keep it interesting. I feel stronger and it’s great to have a consistent exercise routine! I would definitely recommend!
I didn't really have a clue what I was doing at the gym so started training with Michael to understand what the right exercises were to achieve my goals. He's absolutely brilliant at what he does - knowledgeable, passionate, massively positive and flexible to your lifestyle. He gave me a plan to work to, set up nutritional plans and explained the benefits of certain exercises over others. I'd 100% recommend him to anyone wanting to get stronger and all round healthier.
Michael is a really motivating, down to earth PT who is a natural at making you feel comfortable and dare I say it...helps you enjoy the gym!
I wanted to feel more confident at the gym and get stronger and he's helped me increase the weight each week (something I'd never do on my own) which in turn has helped me feel stronger than ever and lose some inches too.
I look forward to our sessions each week and would highly recommend him if you want to work with someone who knows their stuff, is encouraging, helps you reach your goals, but is also a great guy too 🙌
I’ve been training with Michael for a year now and cannot recommend him enough as a PT! He has a clear passion for what he does and that comes across in each of the sessions we have and in his bootcamp classes. I’ve learnt so much about weight training and have seen improvements in not just my strength and body composition but also in my mental health. His positive attitude is infectious and I always leave the gym feeling great! If you are considering working with a PT in the gym, whether you are a beginner or just need more structure/accountability like myself I guarantee you will reach your goals with this guy 💪
Michael is very friendly and puts together varied, intense boot camp sessions that work for people at varying levels of fitness.
Michaels classes are brutal but I love love love them! Every part of body is worked, he is attentive to the class and shows us the correct way to do the exercises. Oh, and the music is banging !!!
Michael is honestly the best PT I’ve ever had! He’s so nice and helpful, pushes you to you limit and never too far! 100% recommend!!
