I have been having ongoing issues with my shoulder and neck and have been seeing Jo to try and help sort it out. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and her massage skills are second to none. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends

Jo is a star! Great massages-she has sorted out many ailments of mine: Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, bicep tendinitis and given advice on stretches and other rehab. Classes are ace too, she really knows her stuff and tailors to who is in the class and makes sure we’re doing everything correctly. Always upbeat and so warm and friendly. It’s like going round for a catch-up and before you know it you’ve worked really hard.
