A. D.I love CrossFit LE3. If you want to train with a family and make friends and actually do exercise at the same time then join this place. They really care about you. As with most CrossFit gyms there isn't an amount of facilities so you can't have a shower or jump in the pool after but that's not what this is about. Im seeing results in my body and attitude to life here so I'll sacrifice that for the feelings I'm having :)
