S. K.Great gym at an affordable price. Lots of variety of equipment and the atmosphere is amazing. One can do lots of development here and work out well.
Lots of space and various Cardio machines along with a whole new floor with rowing machines. Well priced and clean.
A positive environment and staff are friendly too. Always willing to help and advise. Only slightly let down with a very small changing room and just 1 gents lavatory. The car park is now a little tight with popular demand.

From what I've seen it does look like a really good gym. Free parking outside. Covid measures are really good, it's never been overcrowded when I've been. Staff and owners are really friendly. Other gym users are all friendly and will have a conversation with you. The equipment is good and there's loads of it. The music is awesome to!

L. D.Brilliant old school bodybuilding gym, I keep paying monthly and not going because im so lazy! Lol. The staff here are brilliant, the owner knows everything fitness related so any questions ask the big guy. They offer proteins for your post workout recovery and pre workout for your boost! Parking is never a problem, it's deep in the industrial estate if you can't find it, just look for the down hill ramp and gate and your there.
