Great gym for everybody, owners and staff are really friendly! Atmosphere and music is good! The equipment is decent however some are outdated, the calf raise machine has been damaged for months and makes squeaky noises when in use - could do with newer equipment generally. Need more treadmills and better quality and ones which don't break. The gym layout could also be improved. Overall highly recommend this gym.

This gym is amazing! There is a great range of equipment and the music is always on point. The owner, staff and members are super friendly and the memberships are priced fairly. I'm looking forward to many more workouts here!

Really good gym all the equipment is brilliant and well looked after, there is parking on the front and the gym is in an industrial estate so its a fairly quiet corner. There is lots of facilities at this gym with a boxing room, bikes room, studio, cardio room and also a no machine workout area with a massive hall for the machines. All the staff is friendly and help you if you need it. I would have given it 5 stars but i think that the price is a slight bit too high as for the price of this gym there isn't a pool or sauna.

The gym is fantastic, has all the equipment you would ever need and everyone is friendly and happy to help out. I've been a member of other gyms in Leicester and I have to say this is the best I've been to so far. S/O to Sundeep whose been a great PT too!

Fitness Factory is hands down the best and affordable gym this side of Leicester. Thre is such a range of equipment all high quality, there is a large variety of weights and space. With only having trained there for a month, I already feel a part of the Fitness Factory family. There is a great sense of community within the gym, the staff are knowledgeable and always helping gym users when needed and are massive motivators too. .Personally as a female I particularly appreciate the presence of multiple female PTs within the gym and a proactive female owner who helps to create that girl power/family vibe. Definitely worth a visit 👍

Was previously a member at #tag gym which wasn't a bad gym to be fair. But the fitness factory guys have completely turned it around here, more cardio machines more weighted machines, a proper boxing room. They have really made use of the space. Can't recommend this gym enough.. highly recommend to come check it out..

The best classes & customer service! The Bollyfit classes are the best in Leicester! One of the few places in Leicester that cater to women and it's always a class that is packed, full of energy & positivity 😁

The gym is very nice, even the workers there are very professional. The equipment is all up to date, a variety of equipment. The environment around the gym is very friendly. Only gym that I have been to where everyone puts the weights back! Lots of equipment available. Friendly and helpful staff specialy Nathan ( works behind the counter), always giving tips and comes to spot when needed. Opening times are very suitable. Everyone in the gym is very curtious even during peak times. I would encourage anyone looking for a well equipped gym with very friendly supporting staff to join up even if you are a beginner.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now. It’s got all the equipment you’d need for an intense workout and the great thing is that there’s always new equipment being added!! There’s something for everyone, from the gym newbies to the gym obsessed. I love the vibe you get in this gym and I’ve been a member of quite a few but this is one I’ll definitely be sticking to!! There’s so many PTs available AND they also run regular Ladies Only boot camps - which I’ll definitely take part in at some point of my fitness journey 💪🏼. It helps that all the staff here are really friendly and helpful too. A big shoutout to Nathan though, it’s nice being greeted by a friendly smile. Lastly, I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for a fun and friendly place to reach whatever your body goals are 😁.
